Let me Christian this DE Board in the name of the Monger, the SW and the AMP. "Don't overpay"
The first official post - I am honored -
I wrote earlier that DE action is alive and well, although I can only discuss SW (since I don't know and don't care about AMP activity in DE). Here it is:
Northern DE - Route 13 between Wilmington train station and as far down as Walmart (which is on your left if you are traveling north on route 40. Most of the activity is between the two strip bars near Wilmington - Hacks and Fantasia, they are across the street from each other. The SW tend to stay on the Hacks side of the road since there is more quite spots for them to negotiate. As far as quality goes....as usual you have good days and bad...but all SW activity does BBBJ and most does BBBJTCIM (I'm learning fast). Now, this activity is not just at the to strip bars. My partners in crime call this 5 mile radius the "loop" because there are pockets of activity throughout. Lets say you start your jorneyat the Wilminghton train station, head south on 13 your first "zone" is on your left, you can turn on that street but you are better off continuing straight (the road I am referring to has glass auto service centers on it as well as a large parking lot you find SW walking down that street lots). As we continue on our tour you will pass a Hess gas station on your right, some girls will sit in there cars by the phone waiting for their usual dates. Not more than 60 feet further down the road you have a street on your left nothing is down this street but SW so if you drive down it, you better have a good because LE will know what you are looking for, continuing, we see the "twin towers", Hacks and Fantasia, during the summer, its like you are in a candy store, why do you ask, WSW, LSW (I use L for latino) and your occasional BSW (I don't pick up the BSW because I found them not to give you you moneys worth) try it if you want, anyway, the WSW always seem to do a great job for me, prices range from 20 - 60 for everything (depends on who you pick up and how desperate - if you ever been to chinatown in NY you know - everything is negotiable) I usually spend about 40 - 50 always FS.
After you pass the twin towers, you can eityher head straight, continuing on route 13 orturn left immediatly following thew twin towers - Turn left - follow along the road you will pass a church on your left and you will come to a intersection (route 9) turn right - lots of activity down this road as well, many SW on this road at all times, you will come to an intercsection where there is a gas station and a motel 6 on your left and a holiday Inn on your right, you can take girls to these locations, many girls already have rooms at these hotels, "since I don't like eating in my living room I go elsewhere" - (I just made it up) - I goto Jersey usually right over the bridge at the light you would be at now. continuing on. get onto 295 North, and follow signs for 13 south get off on 13 southg and you will see a large shopping center on your right with a 7-11 in it, this is another great spot, same prices, average LE activity, mostly again WSW, BBBJTCIM, as well as FS. I usually drive in the shopping center across the street because there is activity there as well as on the side roads. If you want to continue on , keep straight on 13 south - the activity will continue sometimes after you pass Hooters on your left the road will split route 40 goes right, you want to stay left and look around the underpass after you pass the Exxon, there is some activity down this way as well. This is the entire Loop just cricle back, and I hope you enjoyted the ride.
If you kept straight by the twin towers you will run right into the 2 shopping centers I talked about in my above notes. just remember it is more fun togo the other way. I made this faily detailed assuming you guys don't know my area.
Some advice - I have found wonderful success teaming up with 1 freind and using our cell phones, since the loop is not a small area we work different spots and let each other know when we struck gold, and share the wealth, just a thought.

Read your feed back in the Philly room. Great info for me. I go throught Wilmington all the time and wondered if there was any action. I will be checking things out Thursday or Friday night. If you have any names or number please pass them along. I will post on how well things went.

Congratulations on being the first poster and on a well detailed description of SW activity in Delaware. I didn't know how large it was or where it was. I always figured it was on 13 somewhere but never saw anything like SW activity
I usually hunt the Balto area but I'll print out these instructions and see what I can find

Bad weather - slow night
I am home early - no activity anywhere just the crackpeople that look like death smacked them in the face - maybe good news tommorow.
Thanks Cloud William - I will be heading through the B-more area towards DC from 8th - 11th. I have been perusing the DC page, lots of good information. In order to make this page the best possible - we must all provide good or bad updates on the activity - yesterday I saw LE parked outside the Jamican Resturant across from one of the tein towers - be careful as I said before if it is too good to be true it probably is - my friends have said they have had good action between the hours of 5am - 7am all days around the loop. My buddy gets up every Sunday morning to go food shopping, and always makes a stop. Litia - a spanish SW from Philly, great GFE experience, takes her time, I must admit I have known her since '01.
My First SW Experience
Visited Moonlight in Baltimore again tonight. I was too late. It was already closed. So I started returning back home. In stead of coming all the way on 95. I came thru US-40E. Arround 5-10 miles before I entered DE, there was a lady waving for ride on the right shoulder of the road. It was 2 in the morning, there were 4-5 vehicles in front of me. No one stopped. I thought of it once and stopped with hazard on.She came slowly to the vehicle. And asked if I can drop her to a road that I don't even know the name of. Whatever it is, I told her I am going straight on this road only, she will have to ask me to stop when she is near to the place. Old chick, arroung 35, body 2 and she was heavily drunk. Went a mile or two, she asked if I am a cop, I asked her if she is ? She flashed. I was nervous. Then I also flahsed and she said she will give head for 20. Stopped by a place, I didn't know how secure it was. My brave night was so stale and pale, it won't wake up. After quite a lot of her effort it woke up. She did BBBJ on me. Came in her mouth, she spit it out of the window. Best part is i passed her 2 notes of 5. She took it and i dropped her in a gas station.
uffffff.. that was the first experiance. It felt good but as I don't know anything about SW thing, I am not sure what all mistakes I made. Pro guys please help me.

Made it down your way Thursday night. Got on rte 13, off the first exit of 495 south. After drive all the way down 13 to way passed the airport I decided to turn around and head North, bingo, found the clubs that you talked about (can’t believe I missed them the first pass). There was some activity on the little road across from the motel. This was about 9:30 PM. Talked to a couple of the s/w and they were really poor quality. Drive North up into the city, made a left then headed back down 13. Picked up this WSW just over the bridge. What a crackhead, made her get out and took another loop or so and the LE were all over so I left for Baltimore. Friday I hit the action down there and on my way home decided to try your location at about 9:00 PM. Again the picking was not so hot until I spotted this bark blonde SW. Her name was Genie and wanted 40 for bj. She said she was the best around and that she would really take care of me. She was clean, about 6 and really seemed to be professional about her approach so I agreed. We went on the other side of the underpass and she took care me. I’ll tell you, she really can give it. I had already gotten off twice in Baltimore and she really took her time. Great at deep throat, excellent technique it took sometime but she kept at it. Service rating of an 8-9. She gave me her number and I can assure you I will be back. I go that way every couple of months.
I see a young brown hair thin girl walking by the hotel there, really looked hot. When I came back she was gone. Do you know who she is? Like to catch up her. In you response the other day you said 5-7 AM, is that correct, they’re out that time in the morning with no crackheads around? The other question that I had was I only found SW between the bridge and the club, are there more?
Anyway, thanks for the input, I would have never founded that location and after hooking up with Genie, it was worth it.

Way to go bro! Let the fellow Mongerer's know where the SW action is. Like you, I am not into the AMPs or escorts but love the thrill of finding a decent SW and doing my thing. Hope to come through DE this summer and will sure pick your brain through your postings. If ever down in Charlotte, let me be your resource. Keep up the good work.

I was riding through the area and decided to check out the area using the info Black provided on the Philly board. I was in Wilm Friday and scouted around 945 PM to midnight. I started at the Wilm Amtrak station and headed south on US 13. This area between the station and strip clubs was dead. Now the area to me, looked like a prime area for SW’s but more suited for daytime activity like in the early morning and afternoons. The Hess station was busy with other activities but no SW’s. Around the strip clubs, referred earlier I’m guessing as the “Twin Towers” was dead and I saw no SW’s during the first few passes. I decide to pull into the parking lot of Hacks, chill for a bit, and observe. The clubs were very busy and I noticed many cars driving around and passing by multiple times, so I took it as a busy night with little product with high demand. Then later in the night, I drove by and I see this chick walking down the street heading towards Hacks. It looked like she was wearing an old prom dress. I drove passed her and made a u-turn once I crossed the bridge. By the time I got back she was in the motel parking across the street and was in the process of being picked up. Oh well.
Going further south on 13 I did not see anything. Even though I’m pretty well trained to spot SW’s. it was dark, plus I do not know the area well. I went south as far as Hooters were I grabbed a nice cold beer. Heading back north, I saw nothing on the road but turned into one of the shopping centers on the south bound side. I think it was one of the shopping centers Black mentioned. It has a billiards club and a Subway. There were many people outside hanging out. I saw a few girls that might of been a SW candidate. I noticed a few cars were pulling in and parking behind the buildings. and in the main parking lot, someone was getting head. Anyway I headed North and cruised by the strip clubs. Saw nothing. I then headed to the route 9 leg of the trip and checked it out.
This area seemed to be buzzing with questionable activity. When arriving from the twin towers and when you first hang a right on to rt 9, there is a liquor store on the right. I did not see any SW’s but there is plenty of activity going on and LE did not seem to care about it. In fact the only LE I saw in this area was at the bowling alley ad two cars were parked outside the Motel 6 parking lot. I saw a few SW’s being picked up and there was a lot of activity at the motels, especially at the Days Inn. I saw a few girls working out of the rooms. It also appeared you could buy anything else from there. I forget the name of the motel next to McDonalds and across from the motel 6, but there were plenty of cars rolling in and leaving. This was were the cops were sitting but they seemed not to care.
By this time, it was getting late and it was time for me to head back to Philly. The info Black provided was excellent and pretty damn accurate, The places I checked out were dead because I’m guessing it was timing. I’ve been to many other areas that change like the wind. Some days it’s dry and some days its a buyers paradise! In summary. I will say route 9 appears to have activity continually, the twin tower area might be a bit sporadic and change with LE activity and the time of day might matter. Anyway, Black, thanks for the info, I will be back now that I got the lay of the land. Any details on busy times for the areas?

I think I saw the brown haired girl your talking about last weekend, but like what happened to you, she was gone by the time I made a u-ey. She looked good from my angle! Damn
Anyway, the pickings have been good in DE recently. I have mixed emotions concerning Black’s post. It’s good that the door is opened to an unknown hotstop (At least to me), but the bad is, I think half the mongers between Philly and DC will be invading! Nah, just joking...

Was recently in Wilm. on business, and decided to check out the the loop Black posted about. Now this was during the day, about 2pm on Tuesday. Was surprised to see 3 out near the hotel next to the Haks strip joint. Quality was really bad, but I guess what can u expect at 2pm in the afternoon.
Was impressed w/ the dancers in the club however. I really only wanted a beer, but was taken back by how very open they are to hands on private dances. Had to run, but was curious if anyone has had any experience with hooking up with the dancer talent at either of these spots (twin towers) for "outside activitity".
I was scouting loop today just to check out the scene. Arround 7:30 in the evening. HAKS side had three BSWs. 2 were in the back parking lot and one walking on the walkway. They seemed to be eagerly looking for guys. headed towards Wilmington, I know there had been an accident on the bridge a few days back. Say one BSW coming from Wilmington side. the place looks to be a sure shot at night time.

The problem is, we are spending too much time reading these reports. Maybe we need to get more of a life? Anyway, after I left Wilmington I headed down to Baltimore. What a place. You need to check out those reports. It was unbelievable how many s/w were out at 2:00 in the afternoon Friday. Now grant you the quality was around 4-5 but the quantity puts Kensington Ave. to shame. If you want an experience, check that town out. But back to Wilmington, I think I am going to check out the early AM action in that area. Maybe they will be offering Fathers Day discounts.

I was in DC over the last few days - if you want to check out the information I posted there it will be good. I am glad to see people are using the information provided. Let me give you my thoughts on some of the comments given -
Willing to pay - the brown haired girl is a real pro - great bbbjtcim and great f/s rents from the hotels on route 9 - name escapes me now but last time dated her was a couple of months ago. Good time and nice person. Which is very important - thats why she is always gone quick standard CH prices but not a CH. By the way never let these SW's tell you they know a safe place - no safe places in DE spend the extra cash for a room plenty on route 9 and 13. The SW you had sounds like "Blowdacious" - thats what her name was a couple of years ago. All lips and tongue no teeth, she is great, if we are talking about the same SW.
In addition - you are right about LE - I found out about why from a new WSW I meet 6/11. FOX news from Philly highlighted the activity on 13 a couple of weeks ago, brought all LE down on the area even though they new it was going on. Well thats the 411 related to all the LE so be careful, if it is too good to be true, it probably is LE on a sting. They are doing that as well. Look out for black ford trucks, I have seen a little to much in general for my comfort may be LE.
The Wiz - Some times its good some times its bad. Great post though. As you saw first hand, people continue making the loop until they find something. Next time don't continue on 13, make the left after the twin towers and head to route 9 as I mentioned in an earlier post. There is good activity on that road as "Willing to Pay" stated earlier. And you where right about the shopping center that was one the other one was accross the street where the 7-11 was you will also find action down some of the side roads during the daytime. Keep in mind these girls don't always dress like SW 's so you really have to read their behavior. Yesterday was a busy day on the loop I must say meet a new one named Christy, Wow!Wow!Wow! Blonde WSW with great Ass like a Sister!Damn, I felt like I was on top of a beanbag!HAHA. Anyway let me be serious. Now guys I never spend this much but I must say, she is not a CH or skanky looking, looks like a normal girl walking down the street to the average eye, but to MOngers like ourselves, you could pick her out of a lineup. Walks up and down the road bewtween route 9 and 13, this is not the normal loop, it is between the WAWA and 7-11 after you pass the twin towers, I got her number, but let me confirm and see some good posts from other people beofre I give that out, I paid 80 f/s, quite worth it. 22 about 130 pounds 5'4'', great time.
MSj44 - Have not heard about activity with dancers but have known a friend of mine to be able to have a happy endingh just with a couple of lap dances, make sure you get recommendations from guys you think are regulars therer, the worst thing in the world is to waste 20 dollars on a sorry girl. Personally, I would tell you to goto Philly for the 5 dollar dances and sometimes they work harder for ther money, I must say though the girls on average in HAKs look quite good. Anyways time togo to the DC board and show some gratitude!

I just rode by the twin towers - WOW! A nice BSW and WSW or HSW I coul not tell I was driving to fast. I could not stay but my bet is with the eather getting nicer the action will get better. The LE can't stop all the aciton and from what I could tell nothing was stopping anybody today. I will report something tommorow. Peace to the Monger Nation!
Failure :
My first SW hunt started with a failure. After being inactive for long time today my knight wanted taste of flesh. So started scouting the loop at 9:30. First loop, twin towers area dead ( construction work hampering business), nothing upto the rail station. Heading back on south went to rt 9. Days In, Motel 6 area is alive like anything. All BSWs were out. Lots of cars going in and out of the Gulf station. Second loop after 15-20 minutes halt at the 711, saw a tall BSW walking between the bridge and haks. Not my taste. Arround 10:30 thought to have a final loop. This time spotted a fresh cuty on 13, south of the 711. Stopped on a side road just after an intersection. She came turned from the intersection, probably didn't see me. Stopped there for 5 minutes and headed to 711, on the way saw her getting picked up by an old chevy. Hard luck, she should've been the ideal start of my SW hunt career. Made another loop upto the station, this time it was buyers paradise. Stopped twice, talked with 2 but didn't pick up. Quality 1-2. Called it a day and headed back home. tonight my knigt got my right hand only.

Alright -
Finally have something to report - there is construction by the twin towers so all the action has moved pre-twin towers - I did not see any LE activity anywhere on the loop but the congestion by the towers made it poor pickings. I hardly ever do this but I decided to head into town (Wilmington) more CH's then I'm used to but because the weather was so nice I decided to try my luck on 4th ave. You sometimes start seeing good activity after Franklin and 4th.
I drove the area about 2 hours off and on -some activity but as I thoought mostly 10 point WSW strung out, bad.Saw one limping later found out she had the goudt (don't know if that's spelled right). Anyway, about 3 - 5 sure WSW and HSW all around this vicinity. 2 meet my standards to pick up - petite, spanish, no marks. Did not talk to any, just driving around at first. Finally saw this HSW not with the bunch by the church walking near 4th, pulled to the side asked if working said yeah but had appointment come back in 1/2 hour, now this was never the type of SW you see in this area clean features, nice everything, no slang - like a business person, threw me off. Anyway, returned 1/2 hour later and picked up same spot - name is Julie - game me her number as well - She was sweelt truly a GFE anything I wanted however I wanted it - hotel of course. Told me all about herself I am going to make this one a regular. gets ***** 7 stars on a scale of 10 ...needs to gain about 20 more pounds, she is 105 5'2'' said that was 140 but lost lots of weight - This one would be a 10 with 20 pounds in the right places -all in all look for her she was great
PS Saw Liitia b4 the twin tower, HSW, had her so much was looking for new meat - she is great GFE also

Checked out the early AM action in Wilmington. Did the loop thing and on rte. 9 saw some action. Seems like a lot of demand but not enough quantity or quality. Got there about 5:15 and the first SW I saw was flashing her breast at guys driving by. Guess this morning I was really look for a WSW so I had to really hunt. Spotted one with a black dude, she was skinny and had a scab on her face, passed on that. Found another by motel 6, acted like she was working out, not bad looking but she was not available, ask me to stop back in an hour or so. Later saw her with some guy, look like she was getting high. Ran into a good-looking WSW going north on rte. 9 a couple of blocks after it turns one-way. She was waiting for someone and told me to meet her down by motel 6 in a half hour but I didn’t have time. She was by far the best looking, about a 7 or so. Headed back to rte 495 going up business rte 13 and there were a couple of BSW up there.
The hunt was fun, sure would like to hookup with the last one I talked about…that was the first time I took that route. No action at all by the towers and no LE anywhere. Can’t believe I saw so much action on a Sunday morning. Wonder what the weekdays are like?

Today went for scouting the loop. Saw skinny old blonde tana. Body 2, looks 3 but service was good and seemed friendly. Did BBBJTCIM for $20 also I had to give my coke and a buiscuit ( as she started saying she is hungry repeatedly. I kind of couldn't say no). Nice experience for a newbie like me.

Most of my conquests are during the middle of the week! I have a buddy, you may want to refer to some of my older posts, that is always out between 5 am and 8 am. Always says there is quality and quantity. I however, keep my time to the usual monger day afternoon snacks.
There s nothing like the hunt, its better than a tie football game goal line stop. Nobody but a monder would understand that.
There is some new blood out there, I keep referring to this blond that is always by the twin towers, she looks awfully sexy but I never catch up to her and I knwo she is not LE, because I keep seeing her picked up and dropped off by the same car. She has a PI I think because she keeps checking in to this car parked accross the street.

I hit the loop on Monday, June 30th around 11:30pm. I got a BBBJ from a BSW named Niki and she was damn good. I paid $20 then was scouting again and tried to pick up another BSW who wanted a ride to Gov. Printz Blvd. She was blazing, but she didn't have any condoms on her and she was offering $30 for FS and she was to die for, looks and body both a 9. I would've hooked up but I didn't wanna drive around for condoms at 12 midnight. But neways on the way back up 13S saw 3 LE's rolling in to the motel where the twin towers are, so I headed back home. I didn't check out the Rt 9 area, seems kinda scary around there.
Any tips for Rt 9 would help. I've been there once only.

I noticed most of the action on Rt9 is down by the motels close to the interstate. It also appeared some were working out of them.
I saw a wsw the other day, named Steph, she said she lived under the bridge by the TT, good bj for $20.

I too would like to add my thanks to Black for his excellent contribution to the Wilmington board. Quite honestly, I'm tired of the Philly scene and Wilmington is actually closer for me.
I cruised down early this morning, hitting the loop around 5:30 AM. Maybe because it's a holiday, but almost everything was dead. There was one or two really nasty looking BSW's hanging with their pimp and one white CH obviously messed up on something. I would have been interested in one of the BSW's, but I have a personal rule of never picking up a girl when she's with her pimp. I've had bad experiences with this before and I've never met a pimp who I wanted to be anywhere near. ANyway, I then cruised down to the motels on 9 and saw nothing.
I repeated the loop many times until about 7:30. After the first loop, only one BSW remained on 13 (still with the pimp). I did pull into the parking lots of the motels on 9 and saw a few girls who looked like they worked but were apparently more interested in getting high at the time so no score for me. It was no big deal that early, but at night I could see this being a bit sketchy. There's not a lot of room to move around down there so if there are any problems or LE wants to hassle you, you've got a problem.
A word of warning: It seems that the LE change shifts at 7AM. Before 7 I didn't see anything. At 7:04 I saw the first LE and from then on they were everywhere. Since I have PA plates, I didn't linger.
Anther caution to those who are not from the DE area - the first time I tried the 295 thing I didn't see the 13 exit and ended up on the Delaware Mem. Bridge heading into Jersey. What a drag! I wasn't brave enough to try again to see where the exit was since it's a big-ass bridge and it took almost 20 minutes (and a bridge toll) before I could get back to the loop. I also never seemed to find Hooters but I suspect I just missed it. I did see a few 7-11's but no action anywhere nearby.
A question - if I get to the airport, am I way too far South? Or are the mall areas not far from there?

If you travel on 13 South you get the Hooters around half a mile after you cross the Airport. It should be on the left side. Refer to the first post of Black, I also have seen some action in that area, but they are rare. The only 7-11 of interest is just acrosss the big wawa on 13 north. check out the road in between the wawa and the 7-11. in evening hours you may get lucky. that same road joins to the rte 9, at the intersection where the Days Inn is.

Haven't seen any LSW in the loop. Will appreciate info on where to find them. My drive arround the town revealed a large latin residential area on 4th st. but no action there. also that area is shady enough to not to hang out for long. Black need your help, as you mentioned in a post that you got hold of a latin pussy.

Might be of Interest,
This is going to be similar to what Black originally posted but I'll share my route for anyone interested. Heading south on I-495, I exit route 9 (Terminal AVe.). At the bottom of the ramp head to the right. The road will end and you must turn left or right, Go left. You are now on route 9, follow this 1 1/2 miles to the motels (Motel 6, ect.), There is usually activity in this area (troll the lots if you wish). Turn right at the light up Memorial Drive, occasionally you'll see a SW along this stretch. Approximately one mile ahead you'll come to a light (Dupont Hwy, aka Rt 13) with a large WaWa on the right and 7-Eleven on the left. Turn right and you'll be heading towards Hak's and Fantasia. Just past Hak's you might see a SW or two hanging around on the right. Continue along what has now become South Market Street once you passover the small bridge, and you'll want to get into the left hand lane in preparation for a left hand turn at the next traffic light, I've seen an occasional SW along this block however rarely during the daylight. Turn left and you'll be heading back south on South Market towards the Twin Towers. The gas station mentioned before is on the right. The north and south bound lanes of SM Street are sporadically littered with SW activity. As you approach the bridge you'll want to get into the left hand lane. Just past Hak's you'll be turning left, onto Roger's Rd. This industrial stretch of road is also a good place to keep an eye out. This road will bring you back to route 9 where you'll want to take a right completing the first circuit of the loop. Once again turn right onto Memorial and head up to Dupont Hwy (Rt 13). This time you'll be making a left at the light. Heading south on Rt 13 for approximately 3 miles, you'll pass beneath I-295. This is your que to get ready for the right hand turn at yet another 7-Eleven on the right. Turn into the parking lot entrance of the 7-Eleven (Bank there too). Circle around the 7-Eleven (Stop and get something cool to drink if you want). An occasional SW will be hanging by the payphone in front of the store or just around the side alleyway. Head back out of the lot and continue straight across to yet another lot. There is a bar in this small shopping center where you might find action standing around outside. (Here's a hint, if they Wave at you, they are a SW). From here you can either head back south on 13 to start another circuit or you can head south on the 13 where you will find the rare SW anywhere from this point all the way down past the airport and Hooter's where Rt 13 bears left (SW may hang just pass this point under and overpass, and Route 40 begins, if you bear to the right. There used to be alot more action in this area in the past but it seems to have moved up towards the TTs.

Cruised the loop midday on the 4th, was a little activity. Just as I was passing the TTs and heading over the bridge I spotted a WSW, a little on the heavy side but a lot of sweater meat which I dig. By the time I get to the bottom of the bridge and can bang a uey she's already getting in a car. Damn I was disappointed.
Discouraged I complete the first leg of the loop and head down towards the 7-Eleven past I-295. Across the street I see what I hope is a SW standing outside the bar.

If you travel on 13 South you get the Hooters around half a mile after you cross the Airport. It should be on the left side. Refer to the first post of Black, I also have seen some action in that area, but they are rare. The only 7-11 of interest is just acrosss the big wawa on 13 north. check out the road in between the wawa and the 7-11. in evening hours you may get lucky. that same road joins to the rte 9, at the intersection where the Days Inn is.

The Wiz from Philly reporting. I went down and did the loop Saturday evening around 7 PM. There were four providers out and about at the TT’s. One a BSW, who did not look too bad, and three WSW’s. One of them was the girl who lives under the bridge. She was picked up fast when she appeared. The others stayed around for awhile which suppressed me. Because many were doing ueys and slowing down but none were picking up/ My problem was I would see one and when I turned around they moved to the other side of the road/ It really pissed me off because this happened five times.
Now, I do not do instant uturns. It seems every time I do this LE pops up out of nowhere and harasses me. So I always go and do legal turn around. And believe it or not, when I did a pass of the TT’s, I was heading north on 13 towards DT Wilmington. Instead of going all they way to the light, turning left by the auto glass places, and then heading back south on 13 back to the TT’s, I made my turnaround down the crappy road with the junk yard and with all the crap alongside of the road. You know, the road that no one really has any business traveling on? Before I turned in, I checked my 6, all clear. And wouldn’t you know it, once half way down the road LE comes flying around the bend towards me. Lucky for me, when I got to 13, there were a bunch of cars approaching on 13. SO I pulled out in front of them and gunned it. By the time the cop showed up, he had to wait for the traffic to pass. I was able to get some distance and decided to lay low at Max’s.
No a bad selection of girls dancing. Opted for one lap dance. Not bad, but not worth the $20 dollars – my hands had to be on the seat the whole time. After hours extras looked to be available from some providers. After the couch dance, was asked if wanted to go to the Champaign room for $200 for ½ hour. No way, There is a bouncer who sits back there the whole time. Plus, I do not pay that much unless I know exactly what I’m going to get.

Did the loop again, seems like I’m spending more time in Wilmington then Philly. This was Sunday night (the 6th) around 9 PM. There was a lot of action, spotted a good-looking WSW at the gas station in front of motel 6. I had just come out of the store and she was standing in the back of the parking lot. Another car was pulling in at the motel and I thought I could beat this car and snatch her up first. I didn’t see the curb to the right when I pulled out of the parking spot. Well I hit this curb, the front of my truck literally got air as it came down the back end went up. Well this scared the sh*t out of the WSW and me. She took off running. I felt like an as*. Needless to say, I never did catch up to her. But the important thing is my truck is OK. Guess I got to stop thinking with my d*ck. Anyway made it back to the towers and picked up a WSW by the name of JJ. About a 7 in looks, clean very friendly. She asked 30 for a bj, I offered 20 and we settled on 25. Service was a 9. She asked if I would give her a ride to the Wawa, I agreed, we talked for a while and she asked how I found out about that area. When I told her on the internet, she couldn’t believe it. Picked up Kelly WSW around 4th ave. BBBJ was subpar, she has blonde hair and slim about 23 and usual C/H look. She has a pleasent enough attitude but the work ethic just is not there. Usual amount 2/4.
On my loop which has expanded to 4th Ave and eve n Governer Prince Blvd., I have seen some quality. There is a WSW that I saw hanging out with Kelly, did not get her name, when I wanted to pick her up she wanted to have to much conversation outside of the car hanging on my door and even if you aren't a cop, this just means the WSW is dumb so I moved on, I will give her another opprotunity later in the month. Looks are a 7/8 with cloths on, nice legs can't tell about the top but face is nice to lok at as well. My bet is if you ask Kelly about her you can get in contact.
Also came in contact with WSW named Lori! WOW! This is a keeper folks - Some down sides though - does not like doing hotels - which is dangerous in our time to me likes to park - and she took me to the place and I turned her down for the session, gave her a tip for the tie though - The girl was great looking - WSW, blonde 5/3, beautiful legs and body no C/H look no marks on the skin. No useful information here, just a beginner reporting his failed trip.
I tried the loop last Sunday around 6 am (meant to get there earlier, but I overslept) before work. Slim pickings, or else I didn't remember the places to check well enough. Anyhow, found two BSW on 9. Picked up the first one I saw (shiver) definite c/h behavior, none too easy on the eyes, I can't remember the name, might have been Denise. I'd give her a 1, no, maybe a 2 or 3. She gets some extra points for technique, since I was not only limp, but shrinking from the sight of her, but she managed to get me ready. She couldn't finish me though, but I was eager to get her out of my car, so I gave her the $5 tip she kept nagging me for. I obviously made some mistakes this time around, but I think I might try again this weekend.

Govorner Printz Blvd. has a couple of BSW's that are pretty good. Just a thought if the LE activity gets to heavy on the main loop. I did see some quality today, but because I had such a slow day I went to Philly and had a successful trip (see report Philly board 8/10). Any event, 1:15pm acitivity around the twin towers WSW and BSW working as well as route 9 activity.
If anyone has good news post, we need to communicate.

Hello all, flyers5150 here. This is my first post here and a warning post at that. I have not been involved in picking up SW's for a few years so I was out of practice at how to work the streets and watch for danger signs. After reading this board, I decided to look for SW's down in the Haks/Fantasia area. I drove down to the Wawa on Saturday PM (8-9-2003) and took the road that runs between the 7/11 and the Wawa. Drove down to a gas station (don't remember the name) and found a WSW. Looks a 5/ Body 5. Figured what the heck, get a BJ for $20 and go home. Little did I know the trouble I would get in. I picked her up and we drove to a self car wash and drove to the back. Now in the past, I had always had the $20 loose in my pocket and hid my wallet elsewhere for safety. The problem here is that I had about 3 beers and was horny. All the blood was in the wrong place. She gave me a bj but kept telling me to relax my legs. Little did I know that she was pick pocketing me. After we were finished, she made a story how the vice had just pulled up in the next parking lot and we had to get out of there quick. This was all a part of the con to get my attention off the fact that as I pulled my pants up my wallet was lying loose next to me. We played this charade until I dropped her off outside of Haks. I took off and noticed about 100 yards down that my wallet had been cleaned out. Visa card, grocery store cards, apt access pass, AAA card, and $80. Pissed as hell I swung a U-turn came back, jumped the curb, and pulled up next to her. Confronting her, she threated that we would both goto jail...blah,blah,blah. She gave me back everything but the visa and the $80 cash and said she didn't have it. Next, a car with lights on top, brown car, either security or the police pulled up and started talking to her. Apparently the car saw me jump the curb. I sat there for a few moments and decided that I should just cut my losses, learn my lesson, and get the heck out of there before the police showed up. I really can't tell the police about how she stole my cash and credit cards without hiding the fact that we were doing illegal activity. Within 5 minutes I cancelled the credit card and called the next day to find out that purchases were attempted on the card at the Wawa there by Haks. Lesson learned, don't let your guard down. I feel like a idiot because this isn't my first time doing this. Guess a few years off from this and a few beers can really distort what you must do to protect yourself from being ripped off. I suppose losing $80 is better than a potential arrest, car towing, ect, ect, ect. Responses?
Great post Flyers. Just goes to show and remind folks to be mindful of the "rules" out there. There is just too much to loose over not being careful.

The spur of the moment “I’m going to get a SW” can be very dangerous financially. Not only should your wallet be out of site (Either in the trunk or in a locking glove box, but ANYTHING worth $5 or more that can be reached. notably cell phones, CD’s, loose change, lighters, and/or tobacco products. In my times I have lost packs of gum, a magazine and even an air freshener to a sticky fingered SW (No pun intended)
It’s common knowledge that picking up a SW is very very risky. You just have to limit many factors to keep safe, the Cardinal rules being having nothing in your car and being very observant of your surroundings.
My advice to a monger who is just beginning or getting back in the flow would be the following:
1. Do plenty of research- this site duh
2. If you are not familiar with the area, get a detailed street map (Like a MAPSCO) and follow the path while reading the reports.
2a Do not highlight the hotspots on the map and keep the map in your car. If you get busted, it just adds to the incrimination. Also do not print out the reports and keep in the car.
2b. Take many mental notes of landmarks like shopping centers, clubs, bridges, parks etc...while reading.
2c. If needed, ask a question on this board. If you did your research and gained some knowledge, a good question will usually be answered. Just don’t plain ask :Where’s the Whores!”
3. Clean the car out, even the pennies in the ashtray.
4. Clean out the wallet and only keep the essentials in it.
5. Even with a cleaned out wallet, take out some cash and store the wallet in a very safe and secure location in the car in case you need it for later. A safe place is NOT YOUR PANTS OR COAT POCKET. Even if you have a zippered pocket, a skilled SW will still lift it without your knowledge.
5a The amount of cash you keep on your person should be the amount you plan to spend and/or LOOSE, and not be pissed over the loss.
6. DO A SCOUTING MISSION FIRST
Drive around first and make mental notes matching what you researched about. A good reconnaissance mission before engaging will keep you out of trouble. trust me. I once staked out at a cheap motel for the night in SC. Man did I learn a lot that night
7. Picking up the SW.
7a. NEVER EVER NEGOTIATE WITH HER OUTSIDE THE CAR. Or do not fall for the, make a deal and meet me around the motel to only find all my LE partners waiting to bust you ploy. And yes, gangs have been known to use this technique to rob mongers also.
8. When she enters the car, follow the basic not a cop routine and if needed do some flashing, but let HER FLASH FIRST. Can’t stress that enough.
9. She will most likely take you to a location on her turf were she will feel in control. For first timers, I recommend the hourly rate motel.
10. Once parked, this is were you have to watch out for the grab and run. Some SW’s like to get paid upfront, and some will get the money and run off. To avoid this, Show her the money ONLY and agree to pay her once serves had been rendered.
The rest should be naturally obvious. Just remember, be OBSERVENT the whole time and think with the head on the shoulders, not the one between the legs .
Also, it is wise to keep a bunch of napkins in the car. And I keep a bottle of the waterless hand cleaner in the glove box. If you like to get a BBBJ, this should be required stock. The stuff is an alcohol gel that kills just about everything. Once I’m done my business I clean my privates with the stuff. It really burns but at least it lowers the % of getting something significantly.

Here goes my story. From last two weeks scouting I noticed that the TT area is dying slowly. Nothing or very little action. That too not to mention low quality all in all. As I don't hobby when the sun is up, I don't know about the day time scene. But nights are dead.
Yesterday night went for hobbying again. This time saw only one BSW in the TT area. Not my taste. So moved on. No action between TT and station, nothing on MLK Blvd and 4th ave. So back on 9. That area is kicking. When I stopped at the red light between Inn and 6, saw a knockout blonde going towards M'cdonalds. Did a uey and she was there on the road waving towards everyone that passes her. Not that good from nclose up, but she was ok. Checked the area over and stopped at the next parking lot. She came over and there we went. She was high with either drinks or drugs I couldn't tell. Look wise ok, tall, a little heavy with black tank top. As soon as we hit the road she revealed everything, that ended the "not a cop" test, as anyone who sees me can say that I am not a cop. Hehehehehe. She said, she works out of motel 6, and lives there. But there are cops there, guesses for something else. She has been working for 4 yrs now and goes with the name Dawn. She repeatedly said she is a nice person. Hehehe. We burgained over a mouth teaching lesson, and settled with 20. Did the deed, and dropped her near the Days inn. Overall she was 5-6 in service, I'll say. Doesn't have a number.

Hey Guys, I paid my first visit to DE today and overall it was ok.
I started my journey at around 10:30pm and landed in Wilmington around 11:pm. I got lost inside the city but made my way out. I was on 13 a couple times but couldnt find Haks and I was looking for the Twin Towers, I couldnt find them. Anyway I finally found hacks and drove into the parking lot, no action. Drove down further and made a u-turn after the bridge by the second street light on business 13. I saw 2 CH WSW, I would rate them at a 1. Kept driving. I then made a left turn by haks, sign said N 13. I keep going straight I belive I was on Rodger Road. I saw a knock out WSW but couldnt stop without making it to obvious. So I drove a bit made a U-turn and to my suprise a car pulled out from the shoulder. She wasnt there. I saw another WSW around a 4 wearing an oversized T. Didn't bother. I made a right onto 9 from Rodgers Road and saw a few CH BSW, WSW, nothing to speak much of. I then saw the Days Inn on 9 by the Motel 6. There seemed to be a WSW which I would rate at a 7 dressed in pink, blond. A car immediately pulled over and picked her up. It looks like she was talking to her pimp before that. I kept driving and made a u-turn again hoping to spot the Days Inn chick again, I even drove through the parking lot a bit, no luck. There also appeared to be a WSW CH, I would rate a 2 on the top balcony of the Inn. Didnt bother. I had been driving for around 2 hours and half by now, from haks to the bridge, rodgers road and down 9 both ways. Couldn't find anything. Im on my way back to philly when I decide to pass by Haks one last time. Its around 1:30am, nothing there, empty lot. I then say a 2 WSW (one brunette one blonde) standing in front of the Motel next Fanastasia. I pull into the lot and wait, they were wondering which one I wanted and I pointed to the blonde ( I usually prefer brunettes but this blonde looked better than her partner) I would rate the blond a 5 and the partner a 4. She jumps in the car and tals to much, she asked if I knew a place, I replied no, she suggested under the bridge. I was hesitant since it was way to close to the scene of pickup and LE may have been following so I wanted some distance to verify. Before when I was making the turns by 2nd street, it seemed very quite and empty, i parked in the lot of the auto shop there. The WSW said the other chick was her sister. I inquired on her drug of choice and she sweared she didnt do anything, then I inquired why she was out then, for the money she replied. So thats enough coming out of her mouth and I asked if she was LE, she flashed. I dropped 20, she didnt negotiate. We got down to it, service was very good, I took a while and she asked if I was going to release a few times, I told her I would take care of her and she stopped asking. I got it in her mouth when she started gagging (I was holding it in for a while), she ended up choking as I didnt give her sufficient warning. I rushed to open the window ans she spit. I gave her an extra $9 I had in my pocket, she was happy with it. I was driving her back when I say LE in front. I told her to be cool as I passed them (they were going very slow).. They make a sharp right into under the bridge. That was very close, Im glad I didnt take her suggestion. I drop her off and tell her to get out already, she was talking to much. Overal service was 7, she looked 5.
I took blacks previous suggestion and brought some sterile wipes with me, I felt I needed them.
After reading this forum etensively I made sure to lock my wallet, extra cash and anything that can be taken from my car into the glove box and locked it. I suggest the same for all of you, its worth the security.
LE was present but nothing major throughout the city. This was my first SW experience and it was good. Thank you Black, Willing to Pay, Here I am and all to your great contributions.
I have a question, whens the best time to go because there wasnt much action out from 11pm to 2am on a Friday Night, I cant imagine how bad it is on a weekday, whens the best time and day to go guys.

Ok guys great thread here lets keep it up. I do most of my scouting and such during the day. I follow the great advice on this board and here is a summary of my travels. The twin towers area is very hit and miss anymore for activity. I have seen many ch's that are 2 outta 10 in this area. Thursday afternoon though I saw a real sweety by the hotel. A 9 on anyones scale by the time I cut a louie to get back she was scarfed up. My first pickup was a bsw about a 5. Pulled up she jumped in we did the ususal intro stuff and i drove off. We settled on BBBJ for 20. We went to a secluded area and got down to it. Service was ok as she gave an incredible feel but kept looking up afraid of LE. Fianlly sealed the deal with her and dropped her off.
My next pickup was afternoon as well. Driving the loop and I see this sw sitting under the bridge. Being my first pass I just looked and moved on. Do the loop and see her in several other palces. Finally pick her up near the junkyard. 4 outta 10 wsw name Julia. It was hot as hec that day so she wanted a drink. We stop and pick her up something. Now we start working. She says 20 for bbbj i was looking for more. We settle on 60 and I get her for as long as I want. So we head to my part of town and get a room. Nice long shower together and she certainly gets me ready to roll. We went as much as I could go making me seal the deal a bunch of times in a bunch of ways. Hit the loop yesterday around 5:15 AM ( I was up early). On my way down from Philly, I tried to hit Gov. Printz. I think I saw two unbelievably fugly BSW's, although I'm not 100 % sure they were working. This was just North of entering Wilmington proper. On my way out of town, I had trouble staying on 13 North - very confusing with Business rt 13 vs. rt 13.
Can someone please advise where on Gov. Printz? Also, where on MLK? I found 4th Street but not 4th Ave. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
Anyway, did the loop thing several times but only saw one very ugly WSW near the bridge on 13. The hotels were pretty much dead. At one point I pulled into Motel 6 to loop around and see if maybe there was anyone working out of a room. As I pulled in, I saw a security guard talking into a walkie talkie. Sure enough, when I pulled around back there was another one waving me down. Sure looked like a cop but it was probably a guard. Anyway, rudely asked what I was doing and what my business was. Luckily I'm good at the bullsh*t think-on-your-feet situation and I'm clean cut so it wasn't a problem (many girls think I'm a cop). Be careful in Motel 6!
Everything else was dead. I stayed until about 7:00 and headed home empty. Between Kensington Ave in Philly and Broadway in Camden being dead, I'm not having too much luck this week. Maybe it's the time of day or maybe because the weather is cold at night, but where is everyone?

As for DE Loop if you look at some of the older reports there are very clear instructions to get around the area...better than MapQuest.

Does anyone have any recommendations on an alternative route, time of day, etc.

I'm new to the forum but quite a old timer to the areas that you guys talk about and much more. I have been traveling the rt 13, 4th street, rt 9 area for several years and I know the girls quite well. I don't have too much to say for my first report, I'm just seeing if it comes out alright.
I have been reading the reports for maybe 6 weeks now and I will say that some of you guys are accurate but have a lot more to learn about the girls. There is a lot more girls that you mention. Maybe you don't see them so much as for LE is working on them real hard right now.

I was down the Bacon strip tonight with my good friend Magic. My buddie Magic is a second degree black belt in the arts but he is a first degree Mac Daddy down the Bacon Strip and the loop spending alot more time there than I do. I have several other spots that I go to. I sometimes call him Magic Trick but maybe i should call him Magic Loop. There were some nice looking wsw,s at the strip all looking for work but my buddie and I decided to run the loop first. we went to RT. 9, nothing because it is patroled quite heavy now. Then up to Hacks where two bsw,s were hanging out with not much luck. Then we took a ride over the West side where there is always action. Nothing, don,t know what the case is there,but it was dead. We deceided to go back to the strip and hang out when on the way we see a wsw heading to N. Market St. My Dominican buddie deceided that she was the one that he wanted so when we got back to the strip he jumped into his car and headed up the road to get her. I had planned to go down the strip with my buddie tonight and check out the action there but he couldn,t make it so I decieded to take a trip down Northeast Blvd. that is not far at all from my home. It looked like a ghost town down on the blvd. I beleive the girls are really being chased off by LE since I have been traveling the blvd. for several years now and it was always a hotspot.

The good old Bacon strip! It was the hotspot for several years and still seems to be. After you pass the Towers heading south on RT.13 you will come down to a shopping center on the left side of the highway. there is a Popeye,s, 7-11, and several small stores there. Also there is a Wachovia drive in bank there. At the light is Bacon Ave. This is what they call The BACON Strip.
If you turn right you are on Bacon Ave,the strip. There is small shopping center on your left now and Wachovia is on yor right.
The girls are in this area. There is a alley on the side of the 7-11 store and a long one in the back.Go through the side alley,there should be girls there,then at the end turn left,you are behind the 7-11. Go to the end of the alley and you come to Bacon Ave again.
Do not turn right or left on Bacon Ave but shoot straight across to the shopping center. You will see Ron,s Bar. Thats the hot spot bro! WSW,S AND BSW,S will be seen walking around the area.

Hello,
I took a ride down the Bacon strip tonight and there wasn,t too much to speak about. Oh yes there was a few girls out at the strip but some of the same old same olds that aren,t popular. I deceided to take a ride up to the Twin Towers. I didn,t see nothing. I headed back to Memorial Drive and up to RT9. I drove real slow past the hot spot there(the Gulf gas station) and no one was around. I headed up RT9 north to the good old North East Blvd. There were a few girls lingering on the side streets but i did not stop to check them out. Then up where North east Blvd. changes into Gov. Prince Blvd. heading home. There was nothing at all to tell about. A slow night but if I would of hung around a little longer I would of come across something. I lived in Chester about 33 years and I know all the girls and hotspots there. Since I am in North Delaware,Chester is only a short ride for me. He never replied so I jumped back into my suv and off again for the 15 minute trip down RT 495 to RT13 to Bacon Ave. It was still pouring rain and there was still girls standing outside in all that rain. This time there was four WSW,s there and more coming and going. I waited a little bit. No LE in sight all night now. I deceided to run the loop to see what was going on. I got up to Hacks and there were two DSP LE cars in the parking lot. It was pouring rain. I pulled into the parking lot and they were arresting a few WSW,s. One was a nice looking WSW that I see there all the time. A bout 5feet 3inches tall, with long dark brown hair. A regular there at Hack,s. She was in cuffs and getting put into one of the DSP LE cars. I took off.
I went to RT9. Not one girl but I saw two undercover cars patroling the area so I took off again.
Back to the strip. My buddie wasn,t there but I did see a friend from work there hanging outside Ron,s with a few of the girls.
The girls now were going back and forth into the bar.I had my strength back so I grabbed another one and down the dark street we went. I went down the strip again tonight. I got there a little later than usual,about 10:30 pm. It was nothing like last night. Tonight there was absolutely no girls there when I pulled in. I parked for about 40 minutes and now a few girls were starting to come through. They were WSW,s but nothing like I was looking for. I deceided to take a ride and all of a sudden I see my partner Magic pull in the lot at Ron's. we both parked and got into one car. We sawone here and one there so we deceided to run the loop to see what was around.
Up to Hack's and there was no one in sight. Then over to RT9. It was a ghost town,I mean nothing. Then we took ride over to Hilltop and again nothing in my favorite hotspot. So back to Bacon strip.We just sat there and observed.same ole same ole,, one here and one there. They were coming and going quick on foot tonight just walking around with no work to be found.

We took a ride again and at Hacks we saw Jen. She was there working but we don,t mess with her.

I went down the strip tonight and it was a slow night.I sat in the parking lot for a while checking out the little action that there was and then my side kick Magic pulled in the lot. We sat in my car for a while and watched the same few regulars that hang out there. There was 4 or 5 WSW,s and 2 BSW,s roaming around the lot.
We went for a ride up past Hack's. Nobody there. Then over to the Westside. We saw a young good looking HSW. I beeped to her,she turned around,we went around the block and that fast she was gone. We went around again and NCC le parked on the corner and parked observing the street.We left and went down RT9. Hey,there was two girls at the gulf gas station. One cute little WSW and BSW. We beeped,waved and kept going.
Back to the Bacon strip. We parked in the lot and just talked and watched the same ones walking round and round. We just layed back and watched them. Some WSW,s were coming in the lot and parking,looking around and leaving. We called it a slow night and called it quits at 1:45 am. Hi Guys,
I went down the loop again tonight and it was a good night to stay home and watch television. I ate my diner there in the parking lot and watched around a little and it seemed to be just about the same old same old. This is a little unusual for a Monday night at Ron,s bar because my friend tells me that Monday night is ball game night at the bar and lots of people come there then.
Not on this monday night. There was however maybe five of the regular WSW's hanging around the parking lot but all in cars with guys just sitting there. Magic and I deceided to take a ride.
Up to the loop we went. There was a good looking WSW standing in front of Hacks working. My buddie knew her and said her name was Lisa. Good looking girl. Ut oh, here comes LE. lisa took off across the street and we took off out of the parking lot with the NCC le watching us real hard. Off to RT9. Nothing.
Now we go to my favorire part of town, Hilltop. Not a SW,er in sight. Back down past Hack,s. Another good looking blonde standing there working. Magic knew her and said she was Crystal.
We went back to the loop and waited for one special girl that he wanted. No luck here. Well now it's 1:30 am so we deceided to call it a night. We both could of scored but waited for something a little different with no results.
Guys, keep in mind that Hack,s is heavy patroled now.

Ok it,s late and i,m tired from out playing late but a little tonight for you Person. Not much tonight buy more and better tomorrow about Chester. Ok, lets go to Chester Pa.
Chester is split into two sections. The East sideand West End. I grew up on the East side in Sun Village and Sun hill. A total of 33 years plus. I still hang there after years living in the state of Delaware.
Take RT I 95 to Avenue of the States exit.Turn right heading towards the Delaware River. A short way down Ave of the States staying left you will come to 9th Street. Turn left onto 9th Street abd start looking for action. Go all the way down to 9th and Morton Ave. and turn left. Welcome to The Drug Store! That is what that area was called a while ago.Turn left onto Morton Ave.and head towards the river. This is where most of the action is.now set a cruising pattern.Go to Second and Morton Ave. then turn around and head back to 9th and Morton Ave. Turn left and head back to the Avenue of the States Back and forth making L pattern here. This is where you will find most of the action in that area. BSW,S ,WSW,S , and some HSW,s.
Please keep in mind that this area is very heavly watched and also a very high crime area.The girls are very tricky there and this is not the place for a novice! I stopped going to this area quite a while ago. Ok.thats it for tonight Tomorrow we are going to my favorite playground, West End.

Ok Mr Person, let's go to Chester. West End, my favorite place to play. Take I -95 to H ighland Avenue exit. Get off heading East toward the Delaware River.Go down a couple of lights and you will hit 9th Street. You will see a Moblie gas station at the intersection. That is where the action starts, but not a lot. The girls go to this gas station to get their condums,cigarettes, glass tubes with the little flower in it and a few things more. Go straight down Highland Avenue until you reach 3RD Street.
Welcome to Cocaine Alley! That's what it is called by many. At 3RD Street and Highland Avenue make a right turn at the light.
You are in heavy WSW district. Go up the street a block and you will be at Bill,s Bar.This is where most of the ladies hang out, both outside and inside the bar coming out a lot to see who is riding around. They walk along 3RD Street up to Booth Street.
Now to cruise we need a rectangle pattern.Starting t 3RD and Highland Avenue turn right,go up to Booth Street,turn right,go to the light which is 4TH Street. turn right and back down to 4TH and Highland Avenue.Right turn to 3RD.
BY driving in this rectangle pattern you should see plenty of action. Also if you drive up Booth Street to Ninth Street and back you should see some girls there.

Chester, Pa. If you guys are down the Wesr End section and cruise the way that I told you to and don't see much action(hey it,s cold) you can go up Booth Street until it meets 9TH Street. Turn left. One block up the street you will see a pizza store with small rooms behind it. Vesuvio's pizza and motel. When things are good the girls avoid living at the crack houses and get a room at Vesuvio's. They were there all summer. One girl will get a room and 3 to 6 more will move in. If you know these girls and want one all you have to do is call the motel, ask for what room that you want and say and tell the person what girl that you want and she will be right out in the parking lot within minutes. Since I know all of these girls I got the phone number and always know what room they are in. They do switch rooms at times. When the girls come out they head one block to Booth Street, go down to 3RD Street and walk the rectangle that I told you about. After they score they go back to the motel since everything that they wasnt is right there. Once again caution, these girls are very street smart and will take everything that you have if you don't pay attention. Some of them carry steak knifes,razors, and will set you up in a minute. Never go to their place but pick your own place to go. Along Second Street is plenty of dark srteets to play.
Once again this area is not for the novice plus you are in a heavy patroled area. Hey guys, it,s election year. Watch your back!

I just read back and will make a couple of responces.
Daty, the girls are inside of Ron's but from what my partner and I see they pray on a large group of Mexican's that go there. Why?
Because the Mexicans go in the bar mostly on weekends with their paycheck and fling it all over the girls. It seems like their goal is to get a WSW at any cost so a lot of the girls hang there to take advantage of the situation. The ones outside are waiting for a quick pick up and to get going out of the area and make some money. The answer is yes,there is working girls in the bar.
Hey, if you want to but their drinks, cigarettes, and give them jukebox money that's fine, along with the Mexican rivals that's fine. Me, I don't want to court any of them. I just want a quick honeymoon and get home.
The Person's question. Yes, hey Black, where are you! I'm hoping that we can meet sometime down the strip and take a cruise!
Guys, I was going to stay in tonight and lay back but my cable tv just got shut off so wih nothing else to do I am going to have to make a trip tonight! I'm not sure where yet but I will let you know later tonight where and what's going on.

Hi Guys.
I got a phone call from a friend who reads these reports and he wants some names of these Chester girls. Ok pal, here are a few.
I will start with the best but I will not give all of the names at this time. Down at Bill,s Bar the top girl is Tina, Tina is the most sought after WSW there. She is very good. She is a transplant for Delaware. Then maybe Little Donna. She is petite,good looking,long brown curlie hair,and good at her job for several years there. Tracy is one of the better looking ones,a good friend of mine. Tracy does not do BJ,s,only the other thing. Slickie Vickie has been there fior years and I hear that she is in very bad shape,I haven,t seen her for a while now but she is a regular Chester girl for the way. Patty,a blonde that is hitting her late 30,s now and has been down there for years. Rosie,always on 3RD street,good looking SWS,good worker,Another transplant from Delaware. There,s two Kellie,s that I know there,one Angel,oh and the list could go on but these ones you will like.
Up at 9TH and Booth a younger girl and friend of mine hangs out.
If you meet her she will tell you that she is Lisa Ramo, a French girl, but that is not her real name. I had her here at the house several times and she is good with a great attitude.
Ok guys, I will make a trip to Chester and give you a update and also some surrounding areas that I know.

Hi Guys.
I send in a report and my computer crashed so I don,t think that it went in so we are going to re do it.
I went down the Bacon Strip tonight the usual way,down the side of the 7-11, through the alley and then I was suprised. There was DSP LE blocking the lot at Ron's with yellow lights flashing.
I seen my buddie MagicPapi sitting in the lot so I drove in and went to Subway. When I came out DSP and undercovers were searching a car parked in the lot. They arrested on of the regular girls. The one we call Racoon Eyes. They took her away in a car.
We deceided to go for a ride over to Hilltop. Nothing. On the way back past Hacks, nothing there. We went back to the lot. No one there so we took a ride to Chester.
We got to Chester and it was dead. I mean dead. Not a soul in sight. We drove the rectangle thing I explained and no results. We hung around for some time and no one was around. A very bad night. We headed back to Delaware to Ron,s. When we got there Racoon Eyes was in the parking lot.She asked to get into my car because she was freezing. Magic Papi my buddy said "I'm going to get a girl and off he went. I told Racoon that I was going home and she wanted a ride to where she was going to stay. I drove her to the project behind the 7-11 and she got out of my car went over to a empty unit, pulled the plywood off the window and jumped into the empty house. She was home for the night.
So sad.

Hi Guys,
I must be boring some of you to pieces now but I am going back down again tonight. It's cold, it's in my blood, and they cut my cable tv off so whats a guy to do? (Laughing).
After what I saw last night with the undercovers and LE, I just have to go back and check this action out! If it is still real hot there I am going to stay home for a couple of days or go someplace else. I just got to see what is going on because Friday night is coming and I want to be prepared. I am really wondering if LE is reading these reports and trying to find a pattern. Oh, and I didn't score (by choice) and tonight is the time for that if I have to cruise until 2 in the morning. I will let you know if everything is ok when I get home. I go out 4-7 nights a week so if you's don't hear from me in 4 days, they got me (laughing).

I am getting ready to go out and I just learned something more about the forum. I got private messages. I didn't know about that. Also my friend showed me that you can put pictures in here.
Private messages are welcome and I have several pictures of alot of the girls that come here. Hi Guys,
I went to Ron,s tonight and what a shock! I pulled in the lot and it was as empty as I ever saw it. Only a handful of bar patrons. I go around the lot once and there was two cars each with 1 person in them. Then a small white pick up truck with a pretty young blonde girl pulls up. There was two black guys and one black girl standing next to Subway. She walked over to them and made a exchange and in seconds she was surounded by NCC LE.
I watched as they searched her car and her.LE reached in her pocket and said (here it is). She was cuffed and taken away.
Now I went out at about 10:00 and here it is a little after 11:00.
I,m home and in for the night and maybe tomorrow night. My advice about the strip right now. Stay away.
I am going to go other areas now and to be honest they all seem very hot.

Hi Guys,
I just wanted to say thank you Mike. I call them as I see them and I am there almost every night. If not I am someplace else looking.
I do want to tell you one thing before you go to Chester. My friend and I went there two nights ago and we didn,t even see LE up there. It was deader then I ever seen it. I have to get up there more since I have been spending most of my time at the strip and letting my favorite stomping grounds go. Mike I can tell you from experiance that in cold weather the best nights to go to Chester are Thursday through Saturday nights.

Hi Guys,
I deceided after last night that tonight was a good night to stay in. I know my buddie is in because he sent me some mail. He may have been out earlier I don't know. Now it's supposed to rain ans snow all weekend, great! I like this because the girls that I know still come out and hide on porches and in doorways. I go and get them and feel very safe with this because my windows steam and I just lay back and have a real good time with no fear of being seen. This applies in the city for quickies. I do alot of them too because some of these girls I do not want to bring to my house like I do with some.
I went to the market and when I left the market my blood started to boil. Now my son is with me but he is a man not a little kid and he see's when I bring girls home because he lives with me now. I said lets take a little ride. We get of 202 at Augustine cut off and come over to Union Street. Down to Lancaster Avenue.
Then left onto Lancaster Avenue, then left on Scott Street,and at the light bingo,4TH Street at Hilltop. My stomping grounds.Only seen a few of maybe BSW's here. Down 4TH Street and over to the Eastside. Went up Governor Prinz Blvd. A few maybe BSW's were there but I cannot say for sure. Oh well, a quick night out.
Tomorrow starts the weekend and I will be out for sure for this come rain, snow, sleet, or hale. More reports then.
