OK... time to kill this last Friday, so I decide to go on the prowl. I know the heat is on at Golden Hydro (LE is watching the place VERY closely) and my luck has been hit or miss elsewhere. There is no SW action on the avenue (at least not that I am interested in), so I go to Sakura. I've already called and asked for my old flame, and she isn't in, (neither are Kathy [owner] or Vickie [her grumpy sister]), so I trick the gal answering the phone into telling me who is on duty. Linda (who I think is very cute with a nice full voluptuous figure, unusually so for a Thai... I just don't care for her sticking her finger up my a** while doing the cbj) and Karen, who I just don't find to be attractive. There is a new girl on duty as well, Joy. I bite (figuratively).

PS Went to the boat and rv show at the fairgrounds on Saturday... saw Nikki, a Thai masseuse that I first patronized in December of 1995. Hello. New to this board. I used to spend a lot of time in the Santa Rosa area years ago and recently returned. Whew! Santa Rosa Avenue has changed. All that new mall construction.
Last Tuesday night I started off at the Grog Shoppe and cruised up and down a few times. Finally connected with a black girl, thirty? slightly overweight, pretty enough but talked a lot. I think the diner in question is the Mission Cafe. It's an old mission type building, kind of a brownish pink stucco. Going north on the Ave it's almost to where Pet Hill runs into SRAve.
Timing is crucial. For whatever reason the action seems to concentrate between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. I've seen some out later, but not usually worth trying. It is odd, most of them are black and most of them come from Sacramento. Microtel seems to be where those who aren't on a day trip stay. Maybe that's why they aren't around later; seems most of them are only here for the day. A couple I've had were heading back to where ever home is a little later in the day. In fact, come to think of it, most of them told me they were almost done for the day, then getting ready to head for home (Sac or where ever).
MP's are a little more expensive, but I've always appreciated the unrushed atmosphere, to say nothing of a comfortable environment with a shower available. Car dates are a pain in the ass (sometimes literally) if one is looking for fs. I'm also a lot less worried about le when visiting a mp. It can still happen, but I think it's safer, especially if you become a semi-regular. I think the girls are more comfortable as well. Anyway, to each his own and happy hunting.

Redwood is great. Expect to pay about $140 for .5 hours and $160 for a full hour. $40 or $60 for the massage and $100 tip. This is pretty standard from my experience. Lea and Amy are the best at Redwood.
Also, there is Sakura in Larkfield. It is also good. Karen is alright and Linda is too. Both pretty, but a little quiet. I've only tried Tokyo once, but since they don't take credit cards I haven't been back.
I've tried some of the independents around here too, but you can expect to pay from $200 to $400.

I concur about Redwood. Lea is fun, and Amy knows what to do. I prefer Amy, myself, as she seems enthusiastic and does display quite a sense of humor, a decided change of pace for most amp's as the girls do tend to be kind of quiet.
There is a new one, Aroma (?) right there in Larkfield, a little south of the shopping center on the west side of Old Redwood Highway. I saw two girls there, both older, one not attractive AT ALL, the other passable maybe. Price is the usual.
Sakura is one of my favorites, but my favorite girl left. Her name was Julie, long, LONG hair, down to her knees. Very cute to my way of thinking, but she is gone for a couple of months. If she comes back, I recommend her highly. Linda is there... I think she is cute, but very quiet. Golden Pond is owned by the lady that used to own Golden Hydro in Cotati. Golden Pond is up north of Larkfield on Old Redwood Highway. I've been in there once, didn't stay because I wasn't allowed to see the girls before deciding. I don't like that. I had the same trouble with the owner when she ran Golden Hydro. She gets cranky when you want to meet the girls first.
Larkfield Accupressure, right around the corner from Larkfield Shopping Center (and Sakura) seems to be legit. I really liked one of the gals there, but I can't remember he name. Very short with HUGE boobs (artificially enhanced, of course). The problem is that I have never gotten off there... they are either legit or too damned cautious. I've gone there a total of about five times over the years... it's always the same. This last time the girl wouldn't even close the door; said the owner wouldn't allow it. I have to believe it's me because this little Laotian angel had no panties on! Now tell me, why would she be pantieless??? Inigo4. The only place that I have heard of caucasians in Sonoma Co. was Tokyo on Santa Rosa Ave and maybe at Golden Hydro in Cotati. I went to Tokyo once and had an unenthusiastic session with a pretty Latina girl. She seemed like she wanted to get it over with though. That was a few months back. I have to agree with Spike about Amy at Redwood Accupressure. She is Philipinna, but you might like her. She has a pretty good sense of humor. As for Larkfield Accupressure, I went there once and had the same experience as Spike. I think they are just too cautious. I have a feeling that if I went there a few times they would loosen up with me. Hope this helps.

Last caucasian mp worker I encountered was at Tokyo about 8 years ago. I don't think there are many around anymore, although I saw once a couple of years ago at Sakura as I was going in to visit one of my favorites (I prefer Asians for some reason... to each his own!).
Amy at Redwood is well worth it, although she seems to be on vacation. I've called a couple of times in the last couple of days and whoever answers the phone says she's on vacation for two weeks. I hope she comes back, we have unfinished business....
I have never seen a Caucasian woman at Golden Hydro, Woody, although that doesn't mean there haven't been any. I don't get it... I think a white girl would be real popular nowdays, just based on the novelty alone. I asked a white sw on S.R. Avenue once why she would rather sw than do the mp scene; she told me that most mp's are owned by orientals and they discriminate against white girls. There's probably some truth to that, although I don't think there are many white girls that would provide the service the amp's expect of their "employees". Hey Spike, I think I've had Lexus. She was calling herself Lexy at the time and she had the word "sexy" tattooed on her lower back. She was a little heavier, but she is a good one. I am what you would probably consider a newbie. I haven't posted any experiences as I have only had one at an MP. This was last February at Normandy Massage Studio in Berkeley. Yeah, the reason they keep them is so they don't get "screened out of the sewer by enquiring LE. There was a amp in RP, over by Padre Town... LE busted them by putting a screen in the sewer outlet to catch incriminating objects as they flowed from the building (great duty, huh? I wouldn't want to be busted by the guy that has THAT job!). I wondered in the past how LE could PROVE anything... that's how. I have a friend who used to be in the business; she's told me all about it.
Now, the girl is taking a risk that LE might burst upon the scene and find a bunch of used ones in her purse, but without the "screen", it's probably harder to get a warrant(??). I don't know, but these girls have to stay on their toes to keep one step ahead of those who "protect and serve". I would imagine the girls throw them in the dumpster every so often; it would be hard to track them back to any specific place/person in that case.

To the best of my knowledge there is little to none. I used to work down in San Rafael and there used to always be sw's on Francesco Blvd. east of the freeway. Haven't seen any there for a long time. Likewise Sausalito; it used to be crawling with them but not for years now. Marin le has really cracked down on sw and it's been difficult to find for quite a while. There are quite a few amp's around, though, and they are pretty safe as le doesn't seem to pay too much attention.

A little info about Redwood.
Some people got called by the sherriff's department. If they cooperated, they were treated as a witness. If they didn't, they were treated as a suspect. I heard this from a reliable source. Apparently, on the day that they made the bust, they confiscated credit card receipts. The sheriff's department ran checks on those cards and found the addresses of the people who used them. They went to their houses and left notes to call them regarding a case if people were not there.
When that person contacted the sheriff, they were told that if they cooperated, they would probably not hear from the sheriff's department again regarding the case. If they didn't, then they would probably be talking to the sheriff's department quite a bit in the future. They were also advised that the place had been under video surveillance for quite a while.
If anyone has the time, they can probably check this out at the hall of records at county administration.
This is the first time I've heard of a place being busted that I've been to. Anyone else have that experience? Definitely makes me rethink my choice of hobbies. A guy I know said he is giving it up. We'll see.

It's spooky, but I don't think you can say you've never been to a place that was busted. Maybe not such a close call, but...
Tokyo on SR Ave has been popped numerous times in the past. In fact, they have been used by SRPD as base for a sting operation. LE actually took the place over and used some of the girls as decoys in exchange for giving them a break. In that case, the hobbyist would go in for his usual and end up busted because his regular gal would decoy him into soliciting. That is one reason that I haven't been to Tokyo for almost 10 years, although the reality is that the place is probably safer now than any of the others.
I wonder if any of the girls in the place were involved in any way. Amy has worked there regularly for over two years; so has Lea. Both have been gone "on vacation" for a couple of weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if either of them, Amy in particular, had a regular (connected with LE in some way) warn her off. Stranger things have happened.
I guess if the place was under surveillance and license plate #'s were being recorded, there wouldn't be much a person could do. The credit card thing is stupid, though. Only an idiot would pay for services with a credit card (hope I'm not offending anyone). There is an element of danger to this hobby; anyone who doesn't think so needs to wake up. Most anything worth doing is dangerous in some way or another.
Things will be back to normal some day, although I would be very concerned about the possibility of having a sting operation run out of that location sometime in the near future. This probably isn't widely disseminated info; lots of people probably don't know about it.
I don't doubt your info at all; only a fool would ignore your warning. It is kind of unusual for the Sheriff to get involved, though... they are usually more involved with REAL crime. City PD's are typically much more apt to come down on mp's.
Thanks again for the warning, Wood. You probably saved at least a couple of us from some major embarrassment. Laziness has been causing me to stick with the locals; guess I'll have to get back to working some of the out-of-towners in Sac, Fairfield, Suisun and Marin.

There must be some general change in policy in SoCo, because I just came from SR Ave where I saw le (two cars) grilling three sws, two of whom were right up there with the best I've seen on the A. One, kind of hefty, but nice face, the other hispanic (or maybe Asian?)... held them up for quite a while, maybe 45 minutes, then left. The hispanic gal proceeds to stop a guy driving through the parking lot and ask if he wants a date (!??!!?!), loud enough for me to hear from across the parking lot where I'm parked, watching all this go down. (I was eating a chicken club san from Burger King.... hmmm, are they good or what?). She's not long for this job, not around there. I would have called it a day if I were her, what with le having already given me a pep talk. They could have been parked around the corner, waiting for her to do something.
Anyway, I haven't seen le stop a girl on the A for a couple of years, but it does seem the action has been getting heavier lately.
I don't have much in Marin, but contact me off-list for what I DO have, and I'll give you some good info on some other places. I've been souting the outlying areas for quite a while, and I can guarantee you a good time (if you like amps!).

One thing though about paying for masage with a Credit Card, I have been doing it for years with no problems. The CC statement usually says XXX Health, or Spa etc, it never has said BBBJ, FS with Cowgirl and Mish! Hi, guys, I've been here for a while but it's my first time to post a message. I lived in RP and is a frequent visitor of Golden Hydro in Cotati. Don't like Tokyo though, cuz what I feel is: ladies there are rude and facility is not that good. I've been to Redwood twice too, first time with the famous Amy, who is very very lovely and enthusiastic. But I lost the luck at the second time when the Filipino girl said they didn't do "that" at all. Maybe that was the time when they got "busted".
Now I got a question: each time in Golden Hydro, I take the lady that answers the door. Is there any chance that I can pick another lady? I'm thinking the Sheriff doesn't bother Sakura because they looked at it pretty closely in the beginning and didn't find anything. It's also a "neighbor" thing; it might be embarrassing to pop someone that close... it might look bad in the paper. There is also the possibility that a Deputy has a "special" realtionship with the owner. It seems that Kathy previously owned the place on Fulton and River Road (under the name Kat; at least that is what someone posted on this board a couple of months ago). It might also just be luck... nothing was going on when they were investigated. In any event, I've often wondered about that myself, and I've been wary of the situation, but I've also had some mighty fine times at Sakura.

OK I'll start the ball rolling. I guess when the forum went down for almost a month, many just got out of the habit of participating. Hopefully, it will gradually pick up. Meanwhile....
am I the only one who noticed that Redwood is gone? I guess it had to do with the major push by LE. But this is not the first time it has gone out of business. Over the last ten years, that building has been empty on at least two other occassions. I doubt that the building has any other commercial use, without major alterations. Hence, I predict it is only a matter of time before Redwood, or some other named service returns.
I'll bet that business at the other facilities in Windsor and Larkfield has picked up in the interim.
Has anyone seen anything happening on Santa Rosa Ave?
Some updates would sure be appreciated by us punters.

Regarding Redwood, I saw it coming when there were postings here about le logging the license numbers of those visiting. I also heard that they stopped in and cuffed one of the gals one day. It got strangely quiet around there, then, next thing I heard, they're gone. Hope it all works out for the girls.
kolchak, Penngrove is in a upscale residential neighborhood. It is a bust waiting to happen, in my opinion. I don't think it will be too long before the neighbors start complaining about the traffic. Beware.

I don't feel any more secure about it, and I'm surprised they are back open so soon (amp sting, maybe?), but I think everything else is the same. What about you, any other news?

There are a multitude of amps in San Rafael. Look in the local paper (Independent Journal) or even the phone book (Yellow Pages). I've had very good luck at New Century on the frontage road north of Marin Civic Center, and out 4th Street towards San Anselmo... there are several.

Boards looking a little quiet, maybe I can kick off some postings. As a part time resident of the area I check out the SR blvd track. Last week I hooked up with Sue a long time provider on the Ave. Sue is a bit harsh on the eyes but has a persoanlity of gold, never rushed, complete satisfaction. What do you mean, too difficult? Some of them are pretty secure, as far as approach and visibility. Sakura is great, in the back corner of a mall with off street parking. Tokyo is OK, Golden Pond is pretty good, too. Sakura has been there for at least 5 years, next door to a Sheriff sub-station. I don't think it will ever be busted, unless a drug problem developes. Golden Pond has been there for three or four years; it's out in the county (Sheriff's jurisdiction) and also quite safe, well run by a mama-san who knows the business and keeps it above board. SW's always worry me because they can be under observation from anywhere and we wouldn't even know it. They are almost all black now, too... not a bad thing, just not my personal preference. I prefer Asians, and that means amp's.

I was driving around tonight, and decided to get a fresh hot doughnut ak Krispy Kreme. I went through the drive through, and had to pull into the Mc Donalds Parking lot because I had to turn around to get back to RP. As I was in the parking lot, I saw this little hottie get out of an SUV. She was young looking (About 18-20) and was wearing tan skirt and tan shirt) very hot looking, I would say 8+ and was caucasian. I noticed that she was being dropped off, and I figured that she must be a SW, especially when she was looking at me (I was staring at her as well). Sakura has indeed been a match for the best in NorCal, imho. Linda is still there as you may know; I think she owns the place now. She should, she has worked there longer than anyone that I can remember. She's cute, no? I'm guessing that the old Redwood (now Osaka) is good; Vickie and Kathy (the owners) seem to take pride in the appearance of their employees, but I'm leary of the place because of the recent bust.
When Sakura was A&N I used to see a gal named Amy there. Did you ever? That was years ago. I spent a lot of time with her. Cute and enthusiastic. Liked bb. Well.... I'm not sure about Joy and the finger. I know Linda @ Sakura likes that. In fact, it's hard to get her to stop! I don't remember Joy doing it, but maybe for some she will. I never felt the need for anything more from Joy, though. I find her to be very attractive, damned near perfect example of the fantasy Asian body; not too much on top, but everything else in the right place and right proportion. Dog - Julie WAS bright. I was trying to help her find some property up here because she thought she might like living in Sonoma County. She came up here from Orange Co. She was only in the area for about 3 months, but during that time she probably made $40,000. The good girls will make between $300 to $800 per day if their place is busy, and they work 20+ days straight. No words or time could describe how nice it is when the most difficult question of the day to answer is do I do short time BBBJ or have another drink, true bliss. I envy you your trip to P.I..... I spent some time there in the early '70's, right at the height of our presence there. Must have been 150+ bars in Olongapo; I didn't even get to Angeles City for recreation, it was like I'd already died and gone to heaven. A horny teenagers dream come true. The variety, the experience... I feel privileged to have experienced something most guys only dream about. Take your pick... about $10 American for all night, whatever you want. Hell, there were "regular customer" discounts.... many were the young sailors who had a nice little villa with live in housekeeper (all extras included at no extra charge) for less than $50 per month. A case of San Miguel was about $2.00 US, Coca-Cola was less (didn't drink the water). I still remember all the vivid details. P.I. was good for variety... darker, more native looking women from the south (look out for the Moro gals.... they are all good with knives; screw them around and you might wake up dead. They could have taught Lorena Bobitt everthing she knew about "surgical technique"), beautiful women, some of my favorites were from the south.... Then there are those of Chinese ethnicity, usually lighter with more "Oriental" features.... also some beauties (I tend to be partial to Chinese woman... especially those with little or no body hair...), and then there are those of Indonesian extraction, kind of a cross between the other two. Some beautiful women, most speak passable to good English, most are Catholic (except for the Moros)... a guy could do worse if he was looking for an Asian wife.

Went to Golden Hydro (against my better judgement; I live close by), saw Brenda, the perfect little Asian doll. Stand-offish at first (haven't been there for a while, so I didn't have any current "references"), but she loosened up after some conversation. Got some 411 from an old time hobbyist suggesting hanging at the Zoo bar off the avenue which he claimed is the SW's hangout when not on the stroll. While the environment with little doubt is neither aesthetically pleasing and definately not a place where I felt personality chemistry, I ran into a provider who I did know, perjaps a first times the charm thing. But life has a funny way of not always giving us what our hearts desire is. I have cruised the ave and seen the girls and wonder "Why?" Why do they do it and what there past has been? I've enjoyed the hobby; it's an exciting way to satisfy the biological imperitive. I've met a couple of gals that I felt close to, but the reality is that they do what they do for a living, and it's hard for all of us, customers and providers, to forget that. There's a lot of baggage involved, both sides.
I keep looking, though. It's kind of a fantasy thing, finding a woman who is interested in pleasing her man. Even if it's only for an hour. Started my day by heading to Sakura to see Janet. She was first in line with Edna next. What a cluster f*ck... nobody's fault but my own. I called for an appointment, but I screwed up her name so they didn't think it was a real appointment. I get there and Janet is busy, so I get put in a room to wait. I was offered a massage while I waited for J to come in and "take care" of me... that's when I notice Linda... I haven't seen her for probably close to a year, and she is looking FINE... I always thought she was pretty, but I guess I forgot how much so. She wouldn't do the massage unless I wanted her to "take care" of me, so I got confused, feeling some loyalty to J, so I said I'd pass. I'm starting to laugh, and they are wondering "What the f*ck?"... Don't know, but I'll give you my thoughts. I have had very poor luck with private incalls. I don't know why, but it seems that appearance and experience always falls short of expectations. I accidentally posted before I was though! I don't know specifically why I have a thing for Asian women, but I'm of the opinion that they aren't spoiled as are most western women. Almost all I've known have been fastidiously clean, and I think they are generally more aware of and appreciative of the differences between the genders. Asian women in general seem to be more interested in (and capable of) pleasing a man than their western counterparts. And, just in case someone is thinking "Stupid sh*t, they are economically disadvantaged and just doing what they have to do to survive", I answer this.... I have known some VERY wealthy Asian women who were just as feminine, seductive, attractive and capable as those who are less well off. In fact, I KNOW good providers make more money than the vast majority of their clients, and they are smart about it. That's why you won't see many Asian "street skanks", and that's why they dominate the mp scene. A lot of the gals I have known are knocking down $15,000 to $20,000 PER MONTH, and it's because they take care of their business (their clients).
It's hard to find a western woman that will do that well because they are almost always unable to treat their clients well. It is our culture that puts the negative spin on male/female interplay (even service for hire); Asians are more accepting of gender roles because their culture recognizes the physical differences between men and women. Recognizing the differences is natural for them, it isn't grounds for socio-political warfare. That is intriguing to me, and I find the attitude refreshing and attractive.
Modern feminists would probably say these women don't know they are being oppressed, but I would answer that we are all better off when people accept their natural strengths as well as their natural limitations. There is nothing inferior about a woman's role in the world, just as there is nothing superior about a man's role. Would I trade places? No... but I'm sure I'd feel the same way if I was female.

Your write time does give one a different perspective once you are removed from the situation. Thank you for your comments on Asian Women. I beleive you are very correct on all your assesments. I have know some Asian Families tat have come over to the states with nothing and within a few years have more than most people. Good Buisness sense is the key and so is Purpose. These girls do make tons a cash and if they are not drug users (Heavy adicts) then they usaly have the dough to buy bnice things. a few years ago I met a Escort who charged $300 + per hour. I ask her why she chose to become an Exscort and she said her starting Salary comming out of College was $80,000 per year. As an escort she make $250,000 Plus per year. I could have fallen over backward in my chair. Well Spike I can see how most higher end Women can make a nice living. The girls can be classifeid in 3 catagories.
1. First you have the average SW. These women are either Drug users or they are forced into Prostitution by there Boy Friend or Pimps. Mostly this is what you see walking the Avenue. Talk to one, and ask her, most will tell you the truth.
2. MAssage Parlor: These women are a step up from the average Sw and they tend to do it for extra cash or to support a familly. I Knew someone who worked at a massage Parlor and she liked what she did and it put food on her Familly Table.
3. The Escorts: Guys most of these women start at $300 Per hour and I have seen ads for as much as $10,000 Per night. That is alot of cash being rolled out for a little T & A. But I have found Rich men want to spentd that kind of money on women like that because they provide more than sex.
