Got ripped off by a girl named Billy-Jo. White, 22yo, skinny, short blonde hair. She pulled the old "can I get something to eat first" routine. I have not been out for a while. I figured all the snow and cold weather kept activities to a minumum. Cruised Hartford quickly last night and only saw one BSW in the Ashly/Huntington area.I'm not too surprised.. HPD has been picking up some of the surveylance of the area.. Especially in the Garden/Sareant area.. (seen a few lurking in driveways of apartments on Ashley as well.. Also quite a few who'd rather pull 'baracuda', than play.

Not too much action down along Broad St. & New Brit. Ave. There used to be quite a few HSW's, BSW's, and WSW's down that area.

One note, I mentioned in a review many moons ago, Look very carefully at some of the Lamp posts.. Especially at the Broad/New Brit. intersections, as well as one in Myrtle St. & Fraiser Pl., You'll see what appears to be a burned out streetlight, but it's too round.. In reality, it's a camera dome, with a directional camera inside.. I think there's another one down near Main St. and Maple Ave. (east of Hart. Hosp.) Don't know if these are used by HPD, or the area hospitalsfor sighting ambulances, or not, but they are there!

Hartford Streets - risky and unreliable.
Asian AMPs - If you do not want to go to Waterbury, there is a nice one in Wallingford that is a little closer. Check the Meriden board.
Tubs - I have not been there in years, but heard it is still overpriced.
The Back Room/Hartford Courant - Here is my tip. I only use incall. I do not want to sit around and have to wait for the girl. I will keep going down the list until I get a real person and not voice mail or pager. Do not block your phone number. Many girls and services will not pick up if they cannot see the number. You should be able to find a girl for $125 (1/2 hour) or $175 (hour). Some might want $150/$200. I did get ripped off once many, many years ago, but I think they are primarily not ripoffs now. The numbers and girls change often, so it is hard to make recommendations.

Another route is to hit Graigslist.org. (Starts with a C.) Though the erotic area seems dead, if you post a free ad, shit will come out of the wood work. I've gotten plenty from that source in recent months. One ad got 11 responses...I was quite shocked. You have to sift through the BS, but I landed a nice gem or two for steady action and contacts.

Providers do post on there, but they can be pricey. If its worth the coins, imo...go for it.

Since life on Hartford streets has been pretty dry lately I thought I would give the advocate ads a try. I haven't done so in a month so I said what the heck. I thought I would post my findings . so here they are...

Sorry to read what happened to you. If it's any consolation, I've been pulled over by the cops twice on similarly-phony pretenses. Ironically, both times I was in Hartford for legitimate reasons and was NOT mongering.

Once they claimed that my car fit the description of a car they were looking for (except mine was a blue Japanese car, and they were looking for a blue Chevy), second time they claimed that it looked as if I was not wearing my seat belt (I was, just that it's obviously hard to see a seat belt at night). The second time, I was also grilled as to why I was driving in Hartford, and they seemed disappointed when I produced a ticket stub from Trinity College's cinema and said that I was driving home after seeing a movie (which was true).

Both times I was let go after having my license and registration checked and receiving a lecture about how I shouldn't be driving in Hartford (curious to hear what Eddie Perez and Hartford's Chamber of Commerce think of that). But I now go to Hartford much less frequently than in the past - I even have stopped going to Trinity's cinema!

Considering some of the recent news about Hartford's police shooting into cars, etc., maybe it is wiser to stay out of "Dodge City" after all.

Without getting into all the details, Stoner is right -- it is a glorified (and wicked expensive) jack shack. The deal is that they offer actual massage, and will include a happy ending if you wish. 1. I am very aware that SWs pull the disappearing act shit (they never have $$ on them to buy their stuff, and always need you to front them), and:

2. I didn't want that stuff in my car, and:

3. If they do actually manage to make it back to the car after scoring their junk, the first thing they want to do is hit some right then and there, and that's the last thing I need going on in my vehicle.

The deal is ALWAYS to conduct the business at hand FIRST, then drop them wherever they want to go. They can be someone else's problem while they're high...

Another interesting point re: Billy Jo: I was talking with one of her peers on the street one day, and asked her if she knew Billy Jo... and the answer I got was "Yeah, I know her.... did she steal from you?" Seems her M.O. is well known out there. Of course, she hadn't, but now after reading Wolf's report, it seems like I just missed being taken -- had I been in a softer mood that day, I might have broken one of my own rules for her -- she can be charming.

Great post JMG. Don't go getting yourself into trouble on my behalf. I broke my own cardinal rule of taking my eyes off someone I don't know that's in my place, and I paid the price for it. Lesson learned. It's a red mp3 player the size of a cigarette lighter, Creative Muvo, lol. The mp3 player can be replaced.
