that police occasionally registered as fake customers on his site.
Elms maintained that it didn't happen nearly as often as escorts and

worked out with lawyers and police is David R Elms is being granted
immunnity from any criminal prosecution in return of letting vice on
the boards to gather info on john's and providers in the area's of
these sting op's!!!!
It has also been brought to my attention That David R Elms
presisdent of TER also gives personal info such as IP addy's, CC
billings info ETC....... of those who advertise or hold reviews on
his board over to vice in the cities of sting op's.
note*** so in all actuality MR. David R Elms President of TER is
taking our monies to get on the boards for so called "VIP
MEMBERSHIP" and handing over our personal info. to keep his role in
tacked on TER and also selling out the little ppl ("who really make
ter what it is") to vice in exchange for immunity

PROVIDERS: have your reviews removed immediately as to the vice and

If you go to the MSNBC web site and do a search on David Elms you will find no such article. There is an article about such sites as TER, but nothing like the article below.

I am really amazed at how bad the quality of wsw's the street action has been in Socal. The cops have not been cracking down much in SD this year. What is especially puzzling is why there is not more action in the LA & Orange county area. LA county is a huge area. The only plausible explanation is that the courts give longer sentences to prostitutes these days.
For some strange reason the SW's feel that they have to work the 'track'.
I ran into a couple of terms not in the abbreviation list and which I can't find definitions for, and, I'm hoping some of you with more experience can enlighten me.

I looked at the site, but I am too cheap to pay what they want for you to join, especially since the fine print says that it renews automatically on a monthly basis until you physically stop it (if you can!). I doubt that there are any great deals to be had.

This "CA Forum" needs a big "purging" and re-organization! Anything posted before 2008 needs to be erased, and the Southern CA postings should at least be "recategorized" by COUNTIES (San Diego COUNTY, Orange COUNTY, Los Angeles COUNTY, Inland Empire, etc.). Things are getting way too cluttered on this whole forum.

I think this is my 25th post, so I guess I'll now be a senior member. I don't really feel deserving. I have gotten much more out of this forum than I have contributed to it, and I'm sure I don't belong in the same category as the really senior, major contributors.

Before I drove buses I worked for a cell phone company in the engineering department.
Most phones go straight to voicemail when they are turned off or the caller is on the phone and also has a call waiting, and for prepaids, occasionally when the user is out of minutes.
After a prepaid user has been out of minutes for a specified amount of time, usually a system message will say that the phone is temporarily out of service or something like that.
Some Nextel and Boost Mobile phones have a way to allow you to put a persons name into their contact list and essentially ignore them, always sending your call to voicemail.
As for tracing, the system does have the capability even if you block your number. And the system records every call either way.
The solution here is simple, I have been doing it for some time. Get a prepaid phone. I have not checked recently, but Net 10, Verizon Prepaid and Tracfone are easy enough to set up. Virgin Mobile and Boost Mobile can be set up over the web, just create an email with yahoo, hotmail, gmail, or whatever, you can use a public site (such as a cafe or library) if you don't wish to use your home computer.
Do all the necessary stuff, have a minute card (available as 7-11 and most other places) and then you have an instant, easy to use MongerPhone that helps protect everyones privacy.
Now I am NOT a legal expert, so I can't answer the part about exposure based on a voicemail. But if they can't locate your phone easily, then you would have little to worry about.
