Please do not post reports in this thread. Please direct those to the 2006 General reports thread or start your own thread. Please do post major changes in AMP locations here. An AMP closing for good, or a new one opening is major. An AMP under new management (and advertising in the post as a grand opening -LOL) is not. A girl leaving or returning is not the kind of thing to post here, put that in the general reports section.

This is also not the place to post requests for a certain type of provider. Again post requests, after RTFF, in the 2006 general reports thread, or create your own thread.

Leaving this thread for AMP indexs, lists of AMPs, etc. will help mongers find the reports they're looking for, as well as the locations, and numbers.

GaugeJust one bit of advice...DONT DO IT.

Change out of your uniform after work and then enjoy. Going in uniform will make you stand out in a crowd. Your branch of service would definitely frown on this. Just change to street clothes and blend in with everyone else. And God forbid you get caught up in a Bust, LE will already know your in the service and your chain of command fill be notified. I usually leave my military ID in the car when I goto questionable places.

IMHO, going into a spa in uniform may not be a great idea. If somone sees you who does not condone our thing you may have trouble from your leadership. As I remember from my U.S. Army days, you have a name tag on your uniform. Anyone on the street or coming out of the building will know your name.

There's a slim chance the girls may mistake you for LE. Better to change clothes before heading to a spa for a pud pounding.

ARLINGTON, Va. — For the first time, the Department of Defense has specifically made it a crime for a servicemember to patronize a prostitute. The punishment: up to a year in prison, forfeiture of pay and dishonorable discharge.

The formal order came in a presidential executive order signed without fanfare Oct. 14, directing changes in the Manual for Courts-Martial. It is part of an assault the military has been waging against human trafficking.

A Defense Department spokeswoman, Lt. Col. Ellen Krenke, said in an e-mailed response to questions that “prostitution” and “pandering” will now be among the offenses covered by Article 134 of the courts-martial manual.

Paying for sex used to fall under the “Solicitation of Another to Commit an Offense” listed as part of Article 134, which executes the corresponding section in the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Krenke said.

It prohibits “all disorders and neglects to the prejudice of good order and discipline in the armed forces” and “all conduct of a nature to bring discredit upon the armed forces.”

But the October executive order makes prostitution and pandering specific offenses, she said.

Krenke said that the DOD made the change as part of its effort to combat human trafficking by taking on the sex exploitation industry...

As a crewmember, have been in just about every country in which a US embassy that is supported by USAF airlift. After checking in and getting a place to sleep, the next best step was to find the bulletin board that listed all the "OFF LIMITS" establishments. Some were on the list because you might get mugged, many were on the list to make Chaplain Charly happy.

Again, this was pretty much SOP, standard operating procedures, that were known and supported by DOD, and State Department. At every stop on the trip home he did his thing and we did ours. Last time we talked he has one lady in his life, a wife, and two good kids.

Things did get out o hand in the East. The "Young and Stupid" kept getting arrested or Rape. That was the beginning of the end. Countries did not want the US Military anymore. Good for them.

The last I heard about this entire situation was the the military had made it a crime at all oversees bases. But had not heard that the military had made it efective in the domestic USA.

Any military lawyers out there? Back in the 1960s,the military would punish you for trafic tickets received off base. Got a valid speeding ticket in Texas. Because of this off base ticket, I was suspended from driving on base for two weeks. Shortly after this event, the military was banned from such double punishment, at least in my case. I never learned the whole story, but perhaps it was something involving double jeopardy Because of this, would appreciate any mllitary lawyers to speak up. If prostitution is against the law, and I GI i ound guilty in a civilian court, can he avoid a second punishment from the military.

PS: Uniforms off base are not good thinking.

20+ Navy years here and I recall quite vividly my first "experience" in Palma de Majorca, Spain after 5 months in the Persian Gulf. Had three different girls in a single night! Never looked back... Later did a cruise all around South America. Made myself a promise to get some in every port. Man, that was too easy.

Must be the "what goes on out of homeport...stays out of homeport" mentality but I never had a problem. Looks like things are changing.

I'm a frequent patron of Seattle area MPs and I'm going to be visiting the DC area next week and was hoping to check out a bit of your scene. Are there any MPs in town that have some white girls working at them?

I used to live in the area and I seem to remember this place near what is now the New World Spa, or something like it. You had to ring a bell near an outer staircase to get let in upstairs. All the girls were of mixed ethnicity, but included quite a few white girls, too. They all wore white doctor's smocks, as well. Does this place still exist?

Any other recommendations?

Since I moved from next door to Sun, I hadn't visited any AMPs (it is just too convenient living next door), but I had a little time, it was 3:30 and really wanted a TS. Walked in, they asked had I been there before, I said many times and they escorted me upstairs to the VIP room. For as many times as I had been there, I had never been to the VIP room before, actually it didn't look special to me anyway.

She asked for my carry and I told her that I don't care one, her name was Sophia and for whatever reason, I was having a difficult time communicating with her. I just wanted a quick in and out 30 minutes and she asked what I wanted and after a series of hand gestures, we seemed to be on track.

Then she told me, the shower was busy for 10 minutes, and we can start now. The whole reason I came was for the TS, so this was a disappointment(irritated the hell out of me), so she got some hot towels and rubbed me down. Now I am thinking, I really didn't plan not to have a shower, so I am just not that clean, please don't do anything that will embarrass me.

I lie down, she rubs me, she keeps rubbing my ass area, and I just keep on thinking, I really needed that shower, lol. She is talking to me and tells me that I don't have to carry the card, they can keep it for me listed under my name. Pretty cool idea.

She gives me a light massage more caressing than anything else, and uses her tits as rubbing devices. I say devices, because they must have been the hardest implants I have seen in a long time. She cleaned me up, then made a card for me to put in the files that I could use for my free session after 6. I looked at the card with my name in Korean, and gave it back.

Then she wrote some stuff on it, it probably said something like this "bad smelling cheap skate, will short you $10". So in retrospect maybe this card thing isn't going to work out for me very well, lol.

As I walked out side it is now 4:10 and realized that I parked in a 4pm tow zone, and they have towed all the cars up to mine, and I was next. 3 more minutes, and I would have been really fucked. (Note to self: If you find a parking spot easily, something must be wrong with it)

With the Winter Olympics upon us, it strikes me that we need to address the problem of subjective scoring. I would like to propose a standard scoring system for the DC AMP scene that I have named the Lax AMP Rating System (“LARS”™) as follows:

0 – I’m going to slit my wrists
1 – Worst ever
2 – I wouldn’t f**k her with ****’s dick
3 – Really bad :(
4 – Not recommended, avoid
5 – Adequate, standard fare
6 – Good, above average
7 – Superior
8 – Highly recommended, must see
9 – OMFG, best ever :D
10 – So good I’m keeping this one for myself ;)

I will apply LARS to my most recent visit to Happiness. I hadn’t been there in a while, [what with being preoccupied with the ascended Angel (Overall LARS rating = 9.2) recently of Sun] but I have experienced a dangerous build up of fluids that was causing a mild case of Asian Fever.

Three girls there but only two available for interview. I chose Mimi who definitely is not to be mistaken for THE Mimi (Overall LARS rating 9.1) currently at Sun. Happiness Mimi is 23, 5’ 6”, 115 lbs, jet black hair just below shoulders, sporting seemingly all natural 34 B’s and a slim body. In keeping with current practice I’ll leave out the details.

Good Day All,
Made another trip to our fair capital.... Living overseas I love returning to the land of AMPs and SW...... :)
Sorry this is a week dated.
So I arrive in Washington via BWI then to Union Station. My first trip I had marked was to Sun spa. This was last Saturday, It's raining and there is something going on at the MCI center. Cops and security are all along the back of the center looking down G Street so I keep walking, I guess it will just have to wait :( Back to the Metro and heading for my favorite Downtown location :) Up the four flights and ushered into room one and in walks Paris (8.5), WOW!!! :) Dropped a few names from the archives and into the shower we went. Favorite part.... Washed all the areas with great precision, rinse and back to the room we went. Massage was so-so (6), and then the light go dim, nice “A” cups tickled the back and Alphabet Street began with AR, then the flip with more AR (9) and a few trips around the block, followed with alphabet clean up, and then the clean up.
Washington is lucky for DT and all the others.... Thanks for the great research keep up the post and when I return I'll post again.....
All in all the trip was an 8.9 PM me if you need anymore info. Can't promise I have a fast response, the lines over here are a little tricky sometimes .... up and down or your on then off...

I've got a question about Downtown Spa (1018 Vermont Ave NW) which hopefully someone can answer. About four weeks ago I swung by there in hopes of getting a massage. Unfortunately, my quest was abruptly interrupted when I reached the third floor and found a man in uniform with a clipboard, obviously ready to write down my personal info I assume. His arm patch said "Special Police" but I didn't hang around long enough to find out if he was actually LE or not. He asked me if I was going upstairs, to which I replied that I was told there was a pay phone in the building but the one on the second floor was broken, which it is, so I was looking for another one (had to think fast for that one). He said he thought there was one down the street, so I took the opportunity to leave as fast as I could before he could ask for any info. I've swung by there a few times since then, but each time I've noticed a man looking out the window from that floor, obviously waiting to stop and question anyone planning on going any further, so I just kept on walking and made my way to another AMP in the general area. Does anyone know if this person is LE, or if perhaps he is a security guard hired by DT Spa to keep LE away? I called DT and tried to ask mamasan, but she couldn't seem to understand what I was asking. I really like the girls at DT, but with this fool there watching the place all the time, I just don't want to risk going in there until I know what he's really up to.

By the way, the other AMP I visited was Royal. The girl who I saw told me her name is Linda. She's very sweet, very attentive, and I really had to debate on whether to mention her or not as IMHO, she is a 10 on Laxman's LARS scale. I'm giving her this rating because, again IMHO, she's very attractive and attentive, has a great attitude, knows just what to do, and seems to really enjoy what she does. I'm only passing her name along so that y'all can enjoy some time with her and contribute to her savings account. However, being the selfish bastard that I am, it was a really, really, really hard decision to pass along the name of this little gem instead of keeping her all to myself. I only did because she's treated me so well and hopefully I can now repay her by sending a little extra business her way.

I've got a question about Downtown Spa (1018 Vermont Ave NW) which hopefully someone can answer.I have never seen such a guy, but I have heard of a group of people who think all the amp ladies are sex slaves who are being held against their will. They harass clientele with questions to discourage them from entering the establishments. I can't picture LE doing what the guy you describe was doing, so I suspect these nutballs are behind what you describe.

I've also seen this called SunSpa... whatever its called, its the one next to Camelot, and also shares the building with the non-FS place on the second floor, which may have also been busted.

I was Driving down M St around 9:45 on Thursday night... ton of LE outside the building and several of the LE standing in the doorway and on the stairs... one had a dog (a Retriever, so they must have been sniffing for something).

That's all I saw, as I was just driving home. Anybody know what happened?

I guess this is a crappy first post... sorry about that, but I thought some would want to know or have a better idea of what happend. I walk by there every day on the way home from work, so I'll post tomorrow if the door is locked or something...

I am new to USASG and DC area but have been hobbying in DFW and posting on **** for several years now. Since arriving in the area in April I made two trips to Kinja (sp?) in Woodbridge which is quite close for me, but received upsell and indifferent service. After comparing reviews on this board I decided to give DC and Oriental a chance.

Arrived about 9pm on Thursday and found a parking spot within 20 yards of 1716 and dragged my sorry ass up to the 4th floor. Mamasan greeted and hustled me off to a room and brought in Sue. Sue is tall for oriental gal, about 5'9" w/ nice natural Bs, slender but a little soft around the middle, and quite cute. TS was not as exotic as the B2B some of the Dallas AMPs provide, but it was thorough and pleasant with a few hints of what was to come.

Back in the room I opted for the massage after festivities which were unhurried and performed quite enthusiastically and capably in spite of the covered french lesson. A thorough and effective massage of my horribly knotted shoulders and right arm was a delightful bonus. I left the obligatory 1.6 + .2 for and extra nice job. I will be back

The last intel I had on THE MIMI came from Angel at Sun. I saw her at the beginning of the month (see my Feb. 6 post) as she was getting ready to leave on vacation. She said that when she left that Mimi was returning to take her place.

The fact that nobody has posted a report on THE MIMI, however, leads me to believe she may not have returned. Can anyone confirm either way?

I too have recently been to Royal and been Linda'd. Boy, I needed that :D While I wouldn't give her a 10, the service was deserving of a solid 9.5875 on the LARS meter.

Guys,

I just wanted to mention an AMP that seems to get little attention here. I am referring to Mirage at 6th and K.

I have become a regular there as I find it comfortable and safe. Great location and very relaxed atmosphere. It is a stand alone building with entrance from street. No stairs to negotiate until you get inside. No hanging around. There is plenty of parking in the neighborhood. In fact you can park out side the front door but that may not be such a good idea.

They have four rooms but the one at the top of the stairs is my favorite as the matress is bigger and is on the floor. The one slight annoyance is that the girls change all the time but that happens in a lot of places. I have never got a bad one yet though.

SPOTSYLVANIA, Va. - The sheriff said Friday he will no longer allow detectives to receive sexual services while investigating suspected prostitution after they spent $1,200 at massage parlors last month and sparked a public outcry.
Spotsylvania County Sheriff Howard Smith defended the practice as necessary to obtain a conviction but told his department he was suspending it.

"As sheriff, I understand the feelings and concerns the citizens of this county have expressed," Smith said in a statement sent to The Associated Press on Friday. "And I empathize with those feelings. Because of the public's express response, I have suspended this practice."

Court documents show that four times last month, county detectives allowed women at Moon Spa to perform sex acts on them - once leaving a $350 tip. A total of $1,200 was spent during the visits, Smith said. He said multiple visits were necessary so detectives could build trust with the operators.

Detectives shut down Moon Spa last month. The two suspected operators and three women accused of working there face several charges, including prostitution and sodomy, Smith said.

Smith maintained the sexual contact was necessary to obtain a conviction. But law enforcement officials say undercover officers only need to get an offer of sex for money to move the case forward.

The practice has been used in Spotsylvania since at least 2003.

Earlier this week, Smith told The Washington Post that sexual contact is needed during the investigations because most professionals know not to say anything incriminating. And conversation is difficult, he said, because masseuses at the Asian-run parlors in the northern Virginia county speak little English.

But several members of Spotsylvania's Board of Supervisors have spoken out against the methods used in the investigation.

"All of us ... have been worried about this episode tarnishing the county and making us a laughingstock of the nation," board chairman Henry "Hap" Connors told the AP Friday. "That's why I came out early on and asked the sheriff to cease using these tactics."

Spotsylvania Commonwealth's Attorney William Neely said he respects Smith's decision to end the practice, but refused to apologize for the officers' tactics.

I had a chance to get away on Wednesday afternoon for some Post Valentine's Day entertainment and decided to take the drive down to DC and see Coco for the first time.

Unfortunately, Wednesday was one of those days where they decided not to join a dozen other AMPS and advertise in the regular newspaper. So, no coupon and I had no contact telephone number and figured I would try to get a lineup.

Unfortunately, I was given the room next to the shower so I could hear all you degenerates coming and going. LOL.

When I arrived, I asked for Coco. Unfortunately, one of you must have been with her. Then I asked for Mimi... Oh, she come back tomorrow. I don't know if that is true or not.

So Mamasan told me she would send a new girl. I do not like getting new girls because many times they are the most "conservative" of the bunch.

She brought in Cookie who was alright looking for my taste.. Thin, but had what felt like "loose fitting skin". I know that is an obscure description, but it seemed like, at one point, she weighed 180lbs, then dropped down to 120lbs. Hopefully you can visualize what I'm trying to describe.

Went last week - asked for some of the usuals. All were on "vacation". Mamasan knew me as a regular, and said she would bring in a new girl. This always makes me a bit leary, but Supra very rarely disappoints.

In came a real knockout - probably an 8-9. Reddish-brown hair and a great body. She spoke very good English - which is a plus. She said her name was Nada, and she was here for a few months. She's from LA.

With Angel and Mimi gone (for now or for ever???) from Sun, I am back to the hit or miss of visiting somewhere relatively blind. I stopped into Happiness this afternoon, spun the wheel and drew Bebe. Ding, ding, ding...Lax is a winner :D Bebe is 23 yo, 5' 3", 115 lbs, brown hair, enhanced 34C's, very nice body and a good command of Englishee. Smart girl and very pretty!

Found myself in the district the other day and tried Supra for the first time. This mid-afternoon visit I drew the 2nd of 2 available providers named Jeanie. Jeanie is in her early 20s, on the short side and is quite cute. Nice tan, enhanced Ds and simply a killer body. Doesn't speak much English (says she's been in States for approx 3 months).

My last visit was in July 2005, and I went to Sky Spa (1413 K).

Are they still open?

I have also been to Downtown numerous times over the last few years.

Any recommendations for the area around 12th and K would be greatly appreciated.

(By the way, Denver has a great AMP scene, if you guys are ever in my area.)

After a lenghty hiatus I was longing for a refresher course. I went to Sun, but door was shut and LE was parked outside. I don't know if these are related since LE was also parked across the street at the entrance of MCI. I was not about to investigate so I drove to DNTN and up the four flights I went.

A new mamasan lets me in, and I ask for lineup. She says no line up possible cos too biZZy and few girls. I could have left, but I was in too much of a hurry to get what I came for.

Beth is in her mid 30's but a lean body small chest and a flat stomach makes her more than acceptable. I also don't mind if age comes with experience and thus superior skills. I hoped such was the case here.

Ts was OK, muscle training was quite good, and the CG, Mish, standing mish and dog to completion.

All in all Beth was fair for me, given my lenghty absence from the game. For those who have being active not recommended.

Well, I had some extra bananas and decided to see what I could barter for. I really wanted to try out ??, having missed the location the first time a few weeks back.

Well, I arrived at ?? around 2 in the afternoon on Sunday. I get buzzed in and Mamasan starts grilling me. I was ready (I always RTFF) with a couple of names. But Mamasan is not buying it. Tells me I have to wait 45 mintues for the girls to come in to work. Are they really not open late in the afternoon? My thoughts are that Mamasan got spoked by me and I am not one to push it. I figure to try again in a couple of months, maybe Mamasan will remember me as not having been turned away but just someone she has seen. But to make a scene, then Mamasan will be sure to remember me as someone turned away.

So I take the road less traveled to ????, my usual favorite. Went in, Mamasan 2 says you been here before, I say yes, she say who you see? I saw Mrs. X (which was true). WELL, that was the right name. Was told she wasn't working, that a new girl would be in. I asked first for a line up. Mamasan 2 brought in two girls, and when she introduced them, one kind of snickered, which i didn't like. Seemed to have an attitude. In hindsight, she may have been a better choice, a little fire inside to tame. As Mamasan 2 left, I heard her tell the girls "yada yada yada, Mrs X, yada" Which I took for a good sign.

So I ended up with a bundle of joy. I tried a little DFK at first, but was turned away. Not a good sign. Off to the TS, which was ok, lots of soap and washing. Then off to the room. She sat me down in a massage chair, which was ok.

Anyway, in one of the posts below, there was a question about whether 14K was open. I can report that it is. I saw YoYo there. 30ish, thin, D-cup, with wavy black hair a couple of inches past her shoulders. Nice-looking, but not a hardbody or spinner. $.6 total cost.

Overall, service was average. Not as good as last summer when I was in town and saw Mina at the same place. Mina had a very good attitude and excellent service. However, since the girls change at all of these places frequently, its always an adventure. 14K is still worth a visit.

If I make another AMP visit on this trip, I'll probably go back to Downtown.

However, I have kept mostly to the AMPs since I moved there from a midwestern city last year.

You may have visited a lot of boards but you obviously have not contributed a whole lot on this one. The rule here is that we don't share valuable insider info with every podunk Tom, Dick, and Harry who shows up demanding to be led around by the hand.

The info you seek is there for you to use if you will get off your arse and use the board the way it's meant to be used. You would know this if you were as seasoned a monger as you wish us to believe. The reasons for this attitude, which you call "hostile", should be clear to you. There is currently a lot of LE pressure in this town. For all we know, you could be part of the problem. Until you prove who you are by contributing and by making yourself known here, don't expect to be coddled. You're not in Kansas anymore.

The people who created and maintain this site went to a lot of trouble to give it capabilities not found on any other board. Use those capabilities to the fullest extent before you start criticizing folks who call DC home. If you live, for instance, on Capitol Hill and walk out the door one day and can't find the nearest bus station would you criticize your neighbors for not giving you a guided tour of the city?

Last night, I achieved visual confirmation that NWS is closed. As a matter of fact, the whole building was closed and put up for lease including the Squinty-eyed, bulging forearmed sailor chicken joint on the first floor corner. Gone as well is the dance studio whose trembling could be heard overhead while in midst of one's session. I couldn't even bring myself to walk over to Royal and finally meet the famed Linda... Maybe next time.

I don't know if this closure is the result of recent nefarious and heinous actions on the part of LE and city gov'mint officials but the entire place had the air of urban development.

I'm sure this will be disappointing to discerning mongers and any intel on the wherebouts of the esteemed Cookie would be greatly appreciated.

Caught a case of the FS fever over the weekend and needed to head into DC to get a cure. Called s**ra to see if the last therapist I visited was still around, no luck. Actually, I asked the first Mamasan who helped me to my room about Mimi, and she said she was still on vacation.

Then, when speaking with CoCo, she said the same thing.

Lastly, when the usual Mamasan helped me to the door after my session, she reitterated that Mimi was on vacation.

In the end, I feel she is gone for awhile.

Can't help you on Cookie, but the other distinguishing characteristic about NWS was being accompanied by an elevator operator on the way to the mongering destination. Stopped going there years ago after a CP article about how they had cooperated in a police sting operation against a city employee taking bribes.

Last night, I achieved visual confirmation that NWS is closed. As a matter of fact, the whole building was closed and put up for lease including the Squinty-eyed, bulging forearmed sailor chicken joint on the first floor corner. Gone as well is the dance studio whose trembling could be heard overhead while in midst of one's session. I couldn't even bring myself to walk over to Royal and finally meet the famed Linda... Maybe next time.

I don't know if this closure is the result of recent nefarious and heinous actions on the part of LE and city gov'mint officials but the entire place had the air of urban development.

I'm sure this will be disappointing to discerning mongers and any intel on the wherebouts of the esteemed Cookie would be greatly appreciated.

This afternoon I made my way down to a Sunny area to see what was going on in April. She is a very small, yet shapely bottomed, provider. She had large As (Ha HA) or very small Bs with a not-so-trimmed area.

All the normal stuff, etc. TS, no AR (just tease), and the damn massage went on WAY TO LONG! I was almost scared that that would be all I would get, even though they knew I was long time customer (as outlined on my filled VIP card).

I just recommended NWS to a visiting monger a couple of weeks ago. I haven't been there in years, but it was the only AMP I've ever gone to in DC. I got turned on to the place by a couple of my boys after playing golf one day, those mongers actually brought a change of clothes with them so they could head right out to the bars afterwards. Nothing like getting serviced , filling your belly with some fired chicken, and then hitting the town.

Hey thanks for all your posts. I used to post at the now defunkt gentleman's reveiw before and it was great to find this place.

I made a trip to the Cleveland Park area Jan and saw 'Sofia' she had the softest brown skin and was a delight in many ways. Probably about 25 and was a massive tease far from GFE but i had a very nice time even though the main event was short. It was not a problem that it was my first time there.

She told me her Korean name but I forgot. I asked since Sofia obviously not a korean name and she looked very tan.

i liked the looks from all the other girls on the way out in their little white coats lots of nice lookers there for sure.

I'm flying in to DC in a couple weeks for a business trip and staying over at the Westin Embassy. Never stayed in the area before and was wondering if walking from Westin to Supra was ok or not.

Obviously you've never spent much time reading this board. If you did, you'd already know that newbies with only one or two posts (such as you) are not going to receive much info. You're just going to have to RTFF (read the f---ing forum) where you'll discover that:

- here on the DC board, a summary report of all of the AMPs in DC is posted regularly, and it includes the AMP known as the Cleveland Park Health Center or CPHC, one Metro stop north from the Marriott Wardman Park, and the Supra Spa, one Metro stop south, among many others.

- as for abbreviations, clean your glasses and look at the horizontal menu bar on the top of the page, where one of the choices is "Abbreviations." Click on that word and you'll be amazed at how much good information can be found there

Start reading!!!Actually the abbreviations that I was looking for help on were on the names of the places that were being abbreviated. I know the rest of them, as I tend to frequent the South Jersey and Philly area AMPS.

I had read the forum, but being unfamiliar with DC did not know what CPHC was or where it is located.

Thanks for you assistance and I will post with my experiences when I am down there.
