Was super hot! She was pretty occupied giving dances most of the time I was there (it was packed too), but I did see her on stage once thankfully.

Don't remember a Jaden. Perhaps she got to the club later at night. I was almost always there around 5 and almost always left before 8-besides one Halloween weekend when I stayed a long time, but that was a really long time ago. Ah the memories of halloween weekend (s).

I used to get there around 3 (at least like 3 years ago) and it wasn't bad. But last year it was usually dead until at least 6 so I didn't get there until like 545 to avoid the cover haha. But then I didn't like the main nighttime dj. He seemed so cocky every time I talked to him or requested music. The other guys (daytime djs?) knew me and were super cool as I was very much a regular and would tip / chat hang out whatever no big deal, but then there weren't many dancers until later.

I haven't been in since early Sept. My favorites (that may still be there) were Emma-blonde, younger 20's probably-sort of shy, super nice and huge boobs; akira-blonde just super nice and pretty; Kitana-tats black hair fun to talk with (chatted with her just at the bar one evening for quite awhile after getting some dances); and Sarah black hair gorgeous, beautiful wow factor, could dance anywhere if she wanted including Christie's Tempe, hiliter and even bsc-surprisingly nice and laid back for being the hottest (at least on afternoon shift) dancer.

Is there a cover before 6? We didn't get charged one, but maybe because we were a couple and said it was our first time (it was) and we were just checking it out. I also said to the bouncer something like have been to most of the other clubs (true) and always wanted to check out hiliter (also true).

How much are the massages? Bouncer said he thought they might be same as a dance, but something like the massage girls are independent and to ask them. Didn't see one after I asked and only briefly saw the one (pretty AA). I swear I saw her go on stage after! Maybe I was seeing things? Topless dancers who only gives fully clothed massages?

Feel free to pm this one. Any recommended dancers for a strip clubber of over 20 years, but brand new to Hiliter.

I went to the Flame for so many years and have had so much fun trying new clubs (wife doesn't care and goes along sometimes). However, it's tough being a "newbie, rookie" or whatever all over again. I'm also a pretty nice guy in general (and definitely not rich haha) which doesn't always help.

Thanks in advance to all you awesome, bad ass mFers out there (working on my "street" talk / game haha).

I doubt if they can. Arizona Revised Statutes 13-1422 state:

An adult oriented business shall not be located within one-fourth mile of a child care facility, a private, public or charter school, a public playground, a public recreational facility, a residence or a place of worship. For the purposes of this subsection, measurements shall be made in a straight line in all directions, without regard to intervening structures or objects, from the nearest point on the property line of a parcel containing an adult oriented business to the nearest point on the property line of a parcel containing a child care facility, a private, public or charter school, a public playground, a public recreational facility, a residence or a place of worship. An adult oriented business lawfully operating in conformity with this section does not violate this section if a child care facility, a private, public or charter school, a public playground, a public recreational facility, a residence or a place of worship subsequently locates within one-fourth mile of the adult oriented business.

I know of at least 2 churches (there may be more) within one-fourth mile and there are several residences in that area. The reason why Centerfolds was able to be there was because they were in existence before this law took place in 2005. They were grandfathered in. This would be a new business with a new tax ID number so it would have to go to the Phoenix zoning board to get a clearance and use permit and the Phoenix zoning board would never issue one due to this new law. I think that location is gone for good.

    Finally lost my virginity.

So after being married for over a decade, my wife and I finally did it! And it was pretty fun I must say.

That's right, we finally made "it".

    To the Hiliter.

This was end of last month and we knew we wouldn't be able to go out to a club for a few weekends so wanted to make the most of it. We were at Sugar44 around 430 to 5:00 on the Saturday and it was pretty slow. Dani was there (she is a sweetheart "milfy" type), but I think there may have been some kind of high roller in the VIP "upstairs"/ elevated area.

There weren't many of the usual dancers I was used to seeing (at all in the club and several I hadn't seen were mostly VIP) and just not a lot going on. They also had a shItty dj that was pissing me off (he was playing country and hip hop / pop only-no rock or metal at all-not even 80's). This place always seemed to be a pretty kick back, enjoyable time before; but not so much this night.

So we decided to go somewhere else. And with it being close to 600 (I assumed no cover before 6 at Hiliter and I was correct, thankfully) and my wife not really being a fan of BSC; she agreed to go to HiLiter; and I'm glad she did.

Review to follow (it was actually a pretty quick visit to just check it out) once my tiredness from March Madness wears off. So maybe next week haha. We will see. I do want to go again though (maybe earlier in the afternoon).

    Centerfolds Murder and Hindering Case

    Centerfolds Murder and Hindering Case.

Brandon has a public defender but appears not able to meet his $250,000 secured bond requirement. His initial lawyer withdrew. Charged with 2nd degree murder.

Timothy is out on his own recognizance. Not sure if his attorney is private or public defender. Charged with hindering and tampering with evidence. Class 3 felony.

Direct Complaint has been withdrawn since now have a Grand Jury Indictment which is almost always the case in felonies.

Both have moved to sever their cases and it appears the State has objected as it usually does if crimes are closely related.

Brandon was granted an extension of time until 4/7/2017 to challenge the indictment. This is also typical but I have never seen a successful challenge. It may, however, show a defense strategy.

Timothy was granted an extension to file a motion to remand and of probably cause until 4/24/2017.

Trial judge not yet assigned just a new case management judge after the 1st judge recused herself.

Has been designated a "complex case" which almost all that I follow are. A "complex case" in Arizona has extended dates trial must begin (270 days). This is quite meaningless however since this "last day" keeps getting extended. For example, the Phoenix Goddess case took almost five years to get to trial and extensions of last days were frequent.

The Court has ordered all 911 calls and police radio recordings to be preserved.

Initial Pre-trial is 3/21 and the first comprehensive pretrial conference is 4/19. These dates often get continued and probably not much will happen this early in the case.

    Centerfolds

Centerfolds has officially lost their liquor license. It had just been suspended. That sucks, I really liked that place. Hopefully, it can be resurrected under new ownership.

Federal Court issues Preliminary Injunction favoring stripping as a 1st Amendment Rig

Federal Court issues Preliminary Injunction favoring stripping as a 1st Amendment Right at of age 18 not 21.

The argument is that the law that requires strippers be age 21 violates the First Amendment because it proscribes nudity for women younger than 21 in more settings than those where the risk of human trafficking is present. The law "could result in 18 to 21-year-olds being precluded from participating in theater or similar artistic productions if such participation entails nudity. ".

The judge had already temporarily blocked enforcement of the law last year, on the grounds that the three strippers who brought the lawsuit would suffer economic damages if it was enforced. Judges are more likely to temporarily block a law if one side -- in this case, the strippers -- can show immediate harm under the law's enforcement, and the state made no similar claim that it would suffer damages if the law was blocked.

The ruling was a preliminary injunction, which is issued when the judge finds there is a substantial likelihood that that those bringing the suit would prevail. It could lead to a permanent injunction, either through a trial or a final ruling by Barbier.

There are some bright spots in The judge's ruling for lawmakers and advocates who are looking for ways to make it more difficult for human traffickers to recruit women from strip clubs. The dancers that brought the challenge attacked the law as aimed at sending the message to young women that "there is a better way of living" -- a statement that called into question whether the law was "content neutral" as the constitution requires.

The state argued that the law is, in fact, content neutral, and is aimed at reducing the "secondary effects" that strip clubs could have on young women. Among those secondary effects are exposure to human traffickers and narcotics. As the court challenge played out, the state submitted evidence collected during the prosecution of the alleged pimp accused of killing a Bourbon Street dancer and through the 2015 "trick or treat" raids on French Quarter strip clubs that uncovered drug dealing and prostitution.

Although the judge said he found that the evidence gathered from the raids was "not especially strong" -- the enforcement report does "not specifically isolate 18 to 20-year-olds as victims.

In the end, the judge wrote that the state was able to show secondary effects in their case, and that the "Louisiana Legislature had a reasonable basis for believing that human trafficking is a secondary effect of erotic dancing when it. And the state is not required to prove that the (law) will eradicate this problem. ".

"The bottom line is, 40 percent of the men and women who are trafficking victims that we see have worked in strip clubs, often leading from strip clubs into human trafficking or once they're involved in human trafficking leading to strip clubs," a law supporter said.

Another issue raised in the case concerns whether the law is vague about how much of a nude dancer's body needs to be covered (or uncovered) to trigger the law for 18 to 20-year-olds. The questions were raised in part because the dancers who brought the suit said they were confused about whether they could still serve alcohol in a strip club with parts of their body exposed.

The judge ruled that while the questions raised by the dancers about serving alcohol versus dancing did not apply, there was "inconsistency" in Louisiana statutes, "especially with respect to its definition of the naked breast. ".

In a statement, ATC Chief of Staff Ernest xxxx said that Commissioner Juana xxxxxx"does not believe the law to be unconstitutionally overbroad or vague," and does not interpret the law to apply to "theatres, ballets, or other mainstream performance arts venues where negative secondary effects such as human trafficking would be unlikely to occur. ".

She added that the law would not be enforced in those venues on her watch. The judge acknowledged that point in his ruling, however, writing, "she will not always be the ATC commissioner," adding, "it is not the court's role to rely on the rely on the interpretation of an enforcement agency when determining whether the statute is constitutional. ".

Louisiana Solicitor General Elizabeth Mxxxx said in a statement that Attorney General Jeff Lxxx's office believes the law is "a reasonable, content neutral restriction that was clearly related to legitimate governmental interest in protecting 18-21 year olds from exploitation. " She added that the AG's office does not agree that the law, as ruled by The judge, is "vague or overbroad, and we intend to appeal the ruling and work with the legislature, if necessary, to amend it. ".

Live Clubs, Dead Clubs, and the UNDEAD

    .
Dave, you scooped me before I finished my report including Exodus.

    The Zombie Club.

A few months ago, I pronounced Exodus to be dead, dead, dead. Well, passing it several times over a couple of months, I noticed the ownership got smart, first posting a large Now Open banner above the front. Then they improved that by adding a lighted neon OPEN sign. On those evening, there have been a handful of cars in the front lot. I haven't visited to check inside.

Fun note on Exodus: take a look at the main sign as you go by. In big letter it says EXODUS. Below, in smaller characters it says "Cultural Center". Has anyone checked on the culture yet? It's on my list and I'll drop by soon.

Centerfolds: as noted, this club is closed. I've passed it a couple of time recently. The lights are on but nobody's home. What will happen next is a big question. The City will not advocate for a club but from its community relations point of view, the club is in a location it likes: not close to any residential areas and it's in a light industry / business park area. This keeps it mostly out of view of the anti-sex people from all parts of the political spectrum. However the location is a two-edged sword: cited in past newspaper articles a certain sporting goods manufacturer across the street had expressed displeasure having a strip club in the neighborhood. This world-famous golf equipment manufacturer could be a factor whether that location reopens as a strip club. You can see their driving range if you take a detour on Desert Cove Rd.

Yes, it's correct, Bliss may be the closest club to Centerfolds with perhaps the exception of Exodus. However, Bliss shares a problem with the Christies' on 32 d Street: it's close, walking distance, to a H*oneywell plant, in this case the plant at 19th Ave and Deer Valley Rd. I'm sure the club was a jumping place at night and a great lunch stop during H*oneywell's heyday, but there have been few customers on any visit I've made over the last 10 years. On the other hand, I have met some interesting dancers there over that time. Ironically, one of the best dancing experiences I've ever had was in the Centerfolds VIP area with a former Bliss dancer.

IMO Bliss is badly in need of a makeover. I'm not saying it has a tired and old decor but it seems strange to say that places like Bandaids and even Chicas have better interiors.

The end of January I went to hear Mike Doughty perform. After the concert I felt the need to check out some rumors and explore some changed venues. I started with the Pink Rhino. I heard a rumor it had reopened but it's not true. I turned into a dark parking lot and the weatherbeaten marquee by the street said it all.

From the Pink Rhino, I proceed to VLive on University Drive. This used to be Xecutive, and previously under another name. It was a $15 cover and it had a full parking lot even though it was about 11:30 on a Tuesday night. I was lucky to get one of the last parking spaces. Inside, the basic layout was as when it was Xecutive. Changes included removed seating at a wall and corner where Newbie80 and I had some really fun experience on previous visits. Opposite wall had a partially walled-off VIP area. The main stage was moved from the east wall to the center of the club. The stage was well lighted from below and the entire club was much brighter. One secondary stage now occupied the west wall. I hung out at the bar, no change in location. This is primarily a "make it rain" club, though one dancer offered dances at the VIP for $20/ dance. Want booty? This is a great club for that: big booty, moderate booty, and fake booty. It's all here. There was even one or two nicely shaped smaller booty.

This evening, I decided the final club for the evening was Bandaids. I haven't visited as much over the last six months or so for a couple of reasons. First, my work schedule has made that difficult to get out as much as before. Secondly, there are about 3-4 dancers at Bandaids whose allures are so strong and they work their charms so well, I might as well establish trust funds in their names. Unfortunately, I can't afford to do that right now, so I'm very strategic about when I visit Bandaids. A late night Tuesday usually means I can experience Nairobi and avoid the 2 or 3 other dancers at this club I find to be extremely hot. It worked out as I hoped. I kicked back with a beverage and eventually Nairobi came by and we went out to the lounge for some dances. Beautiful face, nicely shaped butt, B cup breasts, nice personality.

Back soon with reports on Mink (formerly Exotica), T&A on Central, Dirty's, ABC, Chicas and Essex.

Picking Up dancers from the SC?

I've been reviewing listings on BP and CL past few days and have sent out a few messages with a very low response rate. I'm starting to think it may be safer to go to a SC, that way you actually get to see the girl and know its not LE as well get a feel for their personality. As far as $ I'd be willing to offer a bit more as they need to be compensated to leave the club. I've offered anywhere between $400-$500 in the past and it's worked a couple times. Can anyone with more knowledge than I chime in if this is the right strategy or if there's a better (and safer) way for me to go about this? Thanks in advance.

I plan on visiting jaguars, chicas and essex tomorrow. And perhaps Hi liter during the day Friday and Christies at night. As my previous posts indicte I'm into exotic / latina girls. Will post updates as we go. Appreciate any feedback you can provide.

You get a very good dance on the floor, however the $25 VIP charge is not in my budget. I think I need to save my lunch money just to give it a try and see what I get. The only down side to the club is the crowded seating. They try to cram so many tables in that it is difficult to get to a table let alone give a dancer room to move.
Post raid. Hiliter has changed for the worse in my opinion. Glad you had a good time though.
