    Yes we have it as a written option to by, I paid $1200 mnthly with $250 into a separate account for 3 yrs as the down payment. He got a facial reconstruction to make himself look more feminine, but the price we agreed on was $90 K and there was $87 K owed still on the loan, I got the loan down to $63 K and I made the last 11 months of payments directly to the bank on the house loan, I found out about him using my down payment back in June and he was suppose to put it back by 10/1/17 which was the end of my 3 yr lease. He didn't and then he said the market rebounded, we didn't say anything in the agreement about any change of price, he acted as if he just wants it out his name so he can get a sex change and legally change his name, the state wouldn't let him get a whole name change while under debts. Well he's asking $140 now because that's the going rate around me, also now that the loan is down so far, because of me making double payment to get it really low, I wouldn't of done that if I knew it wasn't going to be my loan later on. He will make close to $70 K I think it is? When it's sells for $140. So that's a lot of incentive to fight it. He has more time and money to fight it in court. I just can't afford to fight him. I'd rather fight for my down payment he used illegally, and use it as a down payment somewhere else. I'm going to make real good use of this house until I move. When I seen his boobs, I thought really? Your walking around with a 20 yr olds tits on my dime? It's such a messed up thing to do it's comical.

    My original reason for stopping by, I don't know why the (Boston fun) posted before this one? Anyway, We are moving, I know we all absolutely love this house and the privacy will be hard to match, I know we had big plans for it, but after my 3 year agreement was fulfilled and I go for my down payment, the own was supposed to be putting aside, out of every month's rent, it was gone. I found out he is going through a transition and bought TITS, I wish I could say that's a joke or I'm exaggerating but it's not. This was going to be my (finally) house where I get to, be human in all its glory. He also is backing out the agreed upon price that's in writing. He said the market rebounded from 3 years ago. I am fighting him for my down payment in court but I don't think I can fight him on the price because he'd last longer in court than I would. So, we will find a new house in January some time, You all helped me send my daughter to college and it was from this house, the next service room will be beautiful no doubt but I'm sentimental, so we can get our time and use out this service room until the day I move. What can you do right. C'est la vie. Oh I'm surprised you all didn't crack up laughing with me on the Boston post!
